Attorney’s Report

Nathan Everett Anderson, 20, of Becker, sentenced on July 16 for two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct in the second degree to a stay of imposition for up to 25 years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo a sex offender treatment program and follow all recommendations, have no contact with persons under the age of 18 years, have no contact with victim or victim’s family, have no use or possession of pornography, have no use or access to the Inter-net, including  Facebook, without approval of probation agent, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, submit to a polygraph, obtain permission before leaving the state, register as a sex offender, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Stephanie Ann Artz-Johnson, 47, of Maple Lake, sentenced on July 18 for probation violations (wrongfully obtaining assistance) to 10 days jail.
Robert Joseph Glenn, 51, of Maple Lake, sentenced on July 16 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 363 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a Level II driving class and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol until classes are completed, submit to random testing, serve 28 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Mark Alan Kotilinek, 47, of Monticello, sentenced on July 19 for probation violations (felony harassment) to 30 days jail.
Ryan Earl Roberts, 39, of Monticello, sentenced on July 18 for misdemeanor theft to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $800 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, complete 80 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.
Steffen Lynn Schroeder, 30, of Monticello, sentenced on July 17 for probation violations (terroristic threats and gross misdemeanor second degree DWI) to 5 days jail.
Shannon John Scott, 32, of Clearwater, sentenced on July 17 for misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 81 days, $700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 9 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no contact with victim, complete an anger management program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Daniel Hudson De Beaulie Ziegler, 51, of Otsego, sentenced on July 20 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 320 days, $2,700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.

Blake Henry Schauf, 22, of Maple Lake was arrested July 16 on Wright County warrants for theft and violation of an order for protection.
Mitchell Dean Schuneman, 24, of Monticello was arrested July 16 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
Kasey Gail Emholz, 19, of Monticello was arrested July 17 in Hennepin County on the charge of second degree assault.
Kristi Marie Skogman, 32, of Buffalo was arrested July 17 in Buffalo on a Stearns County warrant for theft.
Jackie Lea Yarmon, 30, of Becker was arrested July 18 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
Austin Joseph Gurnett, 23, of Big Lake was arrested July 18 in St. Louis County on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Brian Gene Baragar, 22, of Monticello was arrested July 18 in Carlton County on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for a supervised release violation.
Christopher Paul Grignon, 26, of Buffalo was arrested July 19 in Buffalo on charges of contempt of court and violation of a no contact order.
Rodney Jerome Hinrichs, 30, of Buffalo was arrested July 19 in Buffalo on the charge of second degree DWI.
William James Praught, 53, of Monticello was arrested July 19 in Monticello Township on charges of fleeing police in a motor vehicle and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Kevin Brian Finn, 33, of Buffalo was arrested July 20 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for second degree DWI probation violation.
Anna Laurie Bos, 21, of Monticello was arrested July 20 in Clearwater on a Wright County warrant for receiving stolen property.
Trevor John Gens, 21, of Buffalo was arrested July 21 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for underage drink and drive probation violation.
Aaron Arthur John Bethke, 30, of Albertville was arrested July 21 in Albertville on the charge of domestic assault by strangulation.
Joseph Christopher Long, 38, of Buffalo was arrested July 21 in Buffalo on the charge of third degree DWI.
Ryan Randall Kramer, 27, of Buffalo was arrested July 22 in Rockford Township on the charge of second degree DWI.
There were 15 property damage accidents, 7 personal injury accidents, 2 hit and run accidents and 1 car deer accident reported.
There were 10 arrests for DWI, 15 underage consumption arrests and 35 tickets issued for miscellaneous traffic violations.

Fire Report

Responded to a report of a lightning strike at 9:30 a.m. on July 18 at 194 120th St. NE. Checked the home and didn’t find anything.
Provided aid for a bike accident at Monticello High School on July 18. Set up a loading zone for air care.
Called to a car accident at Birch Lake access on July 21 at 8 p.m. Call was canceled by Wright County due to no injuries.
Responded to a dryer on fire at 1:45 a.m. on July 22 at 3783 Hayward Court. Fire was extinguished by a deputy and dryer was removed from the house.
Responded to a fire alarm on July 22 at 4:30 p.m. at 111 Crocus Circle. Found one alarm needed battery, and others needed to be replaced.
