Wright County Attorney’s Report

James Lee Anderson, 32, address unknown, sentenced on July 23 for burglary in the fourth degree to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 321 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 44 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, stay away from Highway 101 Liquor Store, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 90 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, follow above conditions.
Jacob George Roger Bills, 21, of Monticello, sentenced on July 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 361 days, $2,750 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $250 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete a driving with care program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no same or similar violations.
Anna Laurie Bos, 22, of Maple Lake, sentenced on July 25 for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property to 365 days jail; 335 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, follow all recommendations of treatment, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.
Jason Paul Grignon, 27, of Buffalo, sentenced on July 24 for felony felon in possession of a pistol to 60 months prison. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, concurrent, pay $85 surcharges, pay restitution. Sentenced for probation violations for felon in possession of a pistol to 60 months prison.
Nicole Marie Gustafson, age 27, of Monticello, sentenced on July 25 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 8 days jail.
Cory Raymond Kalway, 42, of Monticello, sentenced on July 26 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of execution for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, submit to random searches, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Erik David Lundeen, 33, of St. Michael, sentenced on July 25 for felony first degree DWI to a stay of execution for up to seven years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support and verify attendance, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Cody Jay Onraet, 21, of Monticello, sentenced on July 23 for misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 63 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 27 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, pay restitution, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Antoney Michael Roth, 24, of St. Michael, sentenced on July 23 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete a Level II driving program, serve 20 days on electronic home monitor ing, have no same or similar violations.
Savannah Marie Toensing, 28, of St. Michael, sentenced on July 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 361 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 10 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Mitchell Dean Schuneman, 24, of Clearwater, sentenced on July 24 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree to 15 days jail.

Renee Marie Gartner, 45, of Monticello was arrested July 23 in Buffalo on the charges of second degree assault and domestic assault.
Benjamin Patrick Knowles, 32, of Maple Lake was arrested July 23 in Maple Lake on the charges of interference with a 911 call and domestic assault.
Sara Jean Anderson, 25, of Buffalo was arrested July 24 in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for check forgery and theft.
Nathan Charles Stokes, 22, of Monticello was arrested July 24 in Monticello on a Stearns County warrant for financial transaction card fraud.
Kelly Ann Moccia, 34, of Otsego was arrested July 24 in Otsego on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Jeremiah Allyn Loeb, 31, of Buffalo was arrested July 24 in Buffalo on an Olmsted County warrant for probation violation.
Jason Paul Grigron, 27, of Buffalo was arrested July 24 in Renville County on Wright County warrants for theft,  felon in possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Adam George Rising, 19, of Monticello was arrested July 24 in Monticello on the charges of interference with a 911 call and domestic assault.
Shane Leon Boho, 32, of Clear Lake was arrested July 25 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Stephanie Marie Pula, 20, of Monticello was arrested July 25 in Otsego on the charges of domestic assault and criminal damage to property.
Aaron Mathew Baragar, 20 of Monticello was arrested July 25 in Pine County on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Mikel Bryan Medland, 38, of Buffalo was arrested July 25 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault and fifth degree assault.
James Dean Severtson, 50, of Spring Lake Park was arrested July 27 in Monticello on the charge of third degree controlled substance violation.
Dustin Thomas Strum, 22, of Buffalo was arrested July 27 in Buffalo on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Marinee Sue Severtson, 54, of Rochester was arrested July 27 in Monticello on the charges of third degree controlled substance violation and obstruction of legal process.
Paris Terrill Berry, 35, of Buffalo was arrested July 27 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for violations of conditional release.
Brian Shawn Gordon, 45, of Maple Lake was arrested July 29 in Maple Lake on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
There were 10 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, 4 hit and run accidents and 1 car deer accident.
There were 15 arrests for DWI, 5 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violations and 75 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
