FINDINGS OF FACT
1. HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp, Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-ASAP1, dated February 18, 2011 is the owner of record of certain real property and the building on said property located in Wright County, Minnesota.
2. The property is located at 308 Third Avenue NW, City of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota, and is legally described as follows:
The South 55 Feet of Lot 7 and the North 1/2 of Lot 8, Block C, Ackley’s Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Wright County Recorder.

3. The building located on the property described in paragraph 2 has deteriorated to a condition that is hazardous to the health and safety of the public.
4. The building has deteriorated to a condition that is hazardous as it has exterior and interior structural damage. There are holes and cracks in the foundation, allowing infiltration by rodents, and water damage to the roof and interior of the house. It appears that the chimney has been removed, and has not been sufficiently repaired. The interior of the residence is in a condition of inhabitability. Though repairs were started prior to foreclosure on the property, the rooms remain unfinished. As a result, the building is in an unsafe condition and appears to be beyond repair. Because of these conditions, the building needs to be repaired or demolished.
5. On May 7, 2012, the City of Buffalo passed a Resolution ordering the razing or removal of the aforementioned building, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein.
ORDER
1. The owners shall permit an inspection by the City Building Inspector or other person designated by the City of Buffalo within 10 days of the date of this Order to determine if other hazardous conditions exist.
2. The owners shall permit pictures to be taken.
3. Because the above-referenced building constitutes a hazard, the owners of the above-referenced building shall commence the razing and/or removal of said building within 30 days from the service of this Order.
4. A motion for the summary enforcement of this Order will be made to the District Court of Wright County, unless corrective action is taken immediately, or unless an answer specifically denying the facts contained herein that are in dispute is served within twenty (20) days from the date of service of this Order pursuant to Minn. Stat. §463.18.

TO: Voters of the City of Big Lake, Township of Big Lake, City of Monticello, Township of Monticello, Township of Silver Creek, Township of Becker, and City of Otsego.
RE: Election of Hospital Board Members of Monticello-Big Lake Community Hospital District, doing business as New River Medical Center.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that an election of Hospital Board members to the Board of Monticello-Big Lake Community Hospital District, doing business as New River Medical Center, shall be conducted in conjunction with the General Election on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
The following seats on the Board are up for election:
One member from the City of Big Lake;
One member from the Township of Silver Creek;
One member from the City of Monticello;
One member for Member-At-Large.
(Hospital District consists of the City of Big Lake, Township of Big Lake, City of Monticello, Township of Monticello, Township of Silver Creek, Township of Becker, and City of Otsego).
Persons elected this year shall be elected for a term of four years, commencing in January 2013. Persons elected on November 6, 2012, shall be issued a Certificate of Election, and will be required to file an Oath and Acceptance of office in order to qualify for office. Once qualified, the term begins for officers elected at the General Election on the first Monday in January 2013.
Any person can file who will be at least 21 years of age on January 1, 2013. Candidates must reside within the city or township which they seek to represent. Candidates for the Member-at-Large must reside within any city or township within the Hospital District. Candidates can only file for one position. An “Affidavit For Candidacy” must be filed. This “Affidavit For Candidacy” can be obtained from the Clerk of the City/Township in which he/she resides. Candidate must file with the Clerk of the city/township where he/she resides within the filing period.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Date: August 13, 2012
YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated May 3, 2006, executed by Barry A. Kukowski and Jean E. Kukowski, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to AgStar Financial Services, FLCA, as Mortgagee, and filed for record May 22, 2006, as Document No. A1010693, in the Office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.
3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was $217,500.00.
4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
5. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

Jenks, hereinafter referred to as Point “A”; thence continue North along the West line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter to the centerline of Northwest 148th Street; thence Southerly to a point on the Westerly extension of the South line of said Lot B, distant 19.50 feet East from said Point “A”; thence Easterly along said extended line and the South line of said Lot B to the East line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said East line to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that part thereof described as follows:
will be sold by the County Sheriff of Wright County, Minnesota, at public auction on October 3, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Wright County Sheriff’s Department, located at 3800 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, Minnesota.
8. To the best of Mortgagee’s information, the property being foreclosed has not been assigned a property address, and has tax parcel identification number 204-100-221301.
9. The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagors or Mortgagors’ personal representatives or assigns is twelve (12) months after the date of sale.
10. The property must be vacated by 11:59 p.m. on October 3, 2013, provided the Mortgagors have not reinstated the Mortgage under Minnesota Statutes, Section 580.30 or redeemed the property under Minnesota Statutes, Section 580.23.
