Amanda Marie Reinke, 24, of Maple Lake, sentenced Sept. 20 for felony controlled substance crime in the third degree to a stay of execution for up to twenty years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of execution for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, concurrent, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, follow above conditions.
Matthias David Robinson, 23, of Monticello, sentenced Sept. 17 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 305 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, complete Batterers’ Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, remain medically compliant, continue with counseling, have no same or similar violations.
Shannon Marie Sandford, 36, of Big Lake, sentenced Sept. 14 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,700 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Pamela Sue Vorpahl, age 57, of Albertville, sentenced Sept. 19 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $1,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Matthew Robert Woods, 22, of Maple Lake, sentenced Sept. 14 for gross misdemeanor no insurance to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,800 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.

Abdoulie Sallah, 43, of Marietta, Ga. was arrested Sept. 17 in Monticello on the charge of false information to police.
Michael William Holmstrom, 18, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 17 in Buffalo on the charges of obstructing legal process, theft and flee police on foot.
Michael James Madison, 22, of Maple Lake was arrested Sept. 19 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for criminal sexual conduct.
Ryne Daniel Gohl, 19, of Sauk Rapids was arrested Sept. 19 in Monticello on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Jenna Lea Winter, 29, of Maple Lake was arrested Sept. 19 in Maple Lake on the charge of domestic assault.
Anna Lynn Finckbone, 30, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 19 in Monticello on the charges of third degree DWI, child endangerment and obstructing legal process.
Sherrie Lee Miller, 53, of Monticello was charged Sept. 19 with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Richard Allen Mitchell, 18, of Clearwater was charged Sept. 19 with fifth degree gross misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct.
Carla Marie Watson, 41, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 20 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
Robert Andrew Neutzling, 45, of St. Cloud was arrested Sept. 20 in Monticello on charges of forgery, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Steven Thomas Guiney, 53, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 20 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Matthew Rodney Bell, 26, of Maple Lake was charged Sept. 20 with misdemeanor domestic assault.
Andrea Victoria Johnson, 22, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 22 in Buffalo on the charge of second degree DWI.
Sarah Jennifer Murphy, 24, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 22 in Buffalo on the charge of contempt of court.
There were 9 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents and 2 car deer accidents.
There were 5 arrests for DWI, 5 underage consumption arrests and 35 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.

Fire Report

Called to a car accident at 5:35 p.m. Sept. 21 located at 7th St. and Fenning. Call was canceled due to no injuries.
Responded to a call for a car fire at I-94 and Hwy. 25 at 6:20 p.m. Sept. 21. It turned out to be an overheated car.
Responded to a car fire on I-94 near mile marker 188 at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 23. Oil from a front differential seal had caught on fire, but the fire was out by the time firefighters arrived on the scene.
Called to Kjellberg’s lot #2 at 9 p.m. Sept. 23 for the smell of gas. It turned out to be from the odorant they put in gas.
Assisted with loading a patient into an ambulance and provided traffic control after a motorcycle accident at 10104 Meridian Ave. Sept. 24 at 4:19 p.m.
Called to Co. Rd. 37 and Fenning for beans spilled on the road at 6:23 p.m. Sept. 24. Helped clean beans off the road and provide traffic control.
Put out a truck fire Sept. 25 at 7:30 a.m. in the 10000 block of 99th St. NE. Monticello called Albertville for mutual aid on the fire, which happened right next to a house, but called off Albertville before they got to the scene.
