Brian Bernard Anderson, 33, of Albertville, sentenced Sept. 28 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 18 days jail.
Steven Thomas Guiney, 53, of Monticello, sentenced Oct. 3 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 15 days jail.
Brian Derrell Harper, 25, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 5 for felony failure to register as a sex offender to 28 months prison.
Nick Daniel Heinonen, 33, of Albertville, sentenced Oct. 1 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 20 days jail.
Daniel Patrick Hendel, 32, of Monticello, sentenced on Sept. 27 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,900 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 35 days electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Anthony Robert Parker, 29, of Big Lake, sentenced Oct. 1 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Kelsi Mae Pawelk, 21, of Maple Lake, sentenced Oct. 5 for gross misdemeanor endanger child to 365 days jail; 361 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete an educational program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Joshua James Savickus, 33, of Monticello, sentenced Oct. 2 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 365 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, complete a driving with care program, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.

Ricky Joe Jeske, 51, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 2 in Buffalo on the charge of contempt of court.
Troy Lee Hollenbach, 40, of Otsego was arrested Oct. 2 in Otsego on the charges of possession of stolen property and disorderly conduct.
Marcia Lyn Osberg, 43, of Becker was arrested Oct. 2 in Monticello on Benton County warrants for issuance of dishonored check and wrongfully obtain assistance.
Patrick Richard Busch, 25, of Monticello was arrested Oct. 2 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.
David Paul Koch, 45, of Monticello was arrested Oct. 2 in Silver Creek Township on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Shannon Noel Miller, 29, of Annandale was arrested Oct. 3 in Monticello on the charge of criminal vehicular operation.
Joel Owen Clarke, 31, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 3 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree assault.
Matthew Richard Vickerman, 20, of Clearwater was charged Oct. 3 with felony damage to property.
Matthew Allen Menth, 28, of New Germany was arrested Oct. 4 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for third degree DWI.
Aaron Scott Hare, 37, of Otsego was arrested Oct. 4 in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.
Christine Marie McGinty, 46, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 4 in Buffalo on the charge of second degree DWI.
Steven Paul Stauffer, 35, of Osseo, WI was arrested Oct. 5 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
Thomas Paul Murphy, 47, of St. Michael was arrested Oct. 6 in St. Michael on the charges of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety and third degree DWI.

Jessica Kae Monyok, 29, of St. Michael was arrested Oct. 7 in St. Michael on the charge of disorderly conduct.
James Michael Zabinski, 46, of Clearwater was arrested Oct. 7 in Clearwater on the charge of second degree DWI.
Kevin Gordon Dick, 50, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 7 in Delano on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Robert Joseph Weber, 33, of Otsego was arrested Oct. 7 in Otsego on the charge of second degree DWI.
There were 3 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, no hit and run accidents and 3 car deer accidents.
There were 6 arrests for DWI, 9 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violations and 25 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.

Fire Report
Called to a fire alarm Oct. 3 at 7:30 a.m. located at Cub Foods. The alarm company was just testing the alarm.
Put out a fire in the 3000 block of 88th St. NE Oct. 4 at 7:15 p.m. The fire started in a garbage can next to the garage. After melting the can, the fire spread to the garage siding. The department put the fire out before it got into the garage.
Responded to a grass fire Oct. 7 at 7:30 p.m. near Liberty Bank at Hart Blvd. and River Road. The fire had been started by fireworks. The department put out seven or eight hot spots.
Called to a car accident at 9:55 p.m. Oct. 7, but call was canceled by ambulance due to no injuries.
Called to a car accident at Highway 25 and School Blvd at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 7. Call was canceled due to no injuries.
