Nathan Charles Stokes, 22, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 26 in Sherburne County on Wright County warrants for fifth degree controlled substance violation, disorderly conduct and 5th degree assault.
Ricky Joe Jeske, 51, of Buffalo was arrested Nov. 26 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault, fifth degree assault and contempt of court.
Michael Lee Rocco Hansen-Maier, 25, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 27 in Monticello on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for 3rd degree assault and a Sherburne County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Benjamin James Thuftedal, 23, of Monticello was charged Nov. 27 with felony fifth degree sale of a controlled substance.
Connie Marie Kotz, 48, of Monticello was charged Nov. 27 with felony fifth degree possession of a controlled substance.
Christopher David Huggett, 25, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 28 in Monticello on the charges of domestic assault, violation of conditions of release, obstruction of legal process with force, fourth degree assault and criminal damage to property.
Colleen Kay Jerde, 41, of Otsego was arrested Nov. 28 in Otsego on the charges of third degree DWI and child endangerment.
David James Dubel, 34, of St. Michael was arrested Nov. 28 in St. Michael on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance.
Tracey Denise Davidson, 43, of Annandale was arrested Nov. 29 in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Amanda Marie Reinke, 24, of Maple Lake was arrested Nov. 29 in Annandale on Wright County warrants for domestic assault and obstructing the legal process.
Curtis Edwin Wilson, 18, of Buffalo was arrested Nov. 29 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Stephen Roger Nelson, 38, of Monticello was charged Nov. 29 with felony receiving stolen property.
Nicolle Marie Garty, 35, of Buffalo was charged Nov. 29 with felony theft.
Robert Richard Cloutier, 43, of Otsego was arrested Nov. 30 in Otsego on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Thomas John Rolland Hanson, 26, of Albertville was arrested Dec. 1 in Albertville on the charge of third degree DWI.
Kevin Jerome Dulski, 50, of Monticello was arrested Dec. 1 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
My Van Chau, 40, of Annandale was arrested Dec. 1 in Southside Township on the charge of domestic assault.
Chad Michael Wurm, 32, of Annandale was arrested Dec. 2 in Annandale on the charge of domestic assault.
Peter Guillermo Corrales, 22, of Annandale was arrested Dec. 2 in Annandale on the charge of second degree assault.
Desiree Kara Butler, 24, of Otsego was arrested Dec. 2 in Otsego on the charge of second degree DWI.
There were 4 property damage accidents, 1 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accidents and 23 car deer accidents.
There were 19 arrests for DWI, 13 underage consumption arrests and 26 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
Wright County Attorney’s Report
Michael Olan Gray, 24, of Monticello, sentenced Nov. 20 for gross misdemeanor stalking to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete men’s batterer’s intervention program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations.
Nick Daniel Heinonen, 33, of Albertville, on Nov. 28 the charge of gross misdemeanor second degree DWI was dismissed.
Dustin Thomas Strum, 23, of Buffalo, sentenced Nov. 27 for gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 336 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 29 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Michael John Steffens, 30, of Buffalo, sentenced Nov. 27 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $75 fine; 320 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $75 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
