Vehicle rollover in Monticello Township The Wright County Sheriff’s Office and the Monticello Fire Department responded to this one-vehicle rollover that occurred shortly before 3 p.m. Monday on County Road 37 N.E. near Fallon Avenue N.E.  in Monticello Township. An accident summary released by the sheriff’s office stated a 2005 Buick was traveling eastbound when the driver lost control and went off the road. The car rolled onto its passenger side. Firefighters battle shed blaze The Monticello Fire Department responded to a storage shed fire Feb. 13 shortly before noon at a residence in the 8400 block of Troy Marquette Drive. According to Fire Chief Steve Joerg, the fire caused about $40,000 in damage to the exterior of an attached home. No injuries were reported. Joerg reported the fire was electrical and started outside in the shed. Firefighters cut the shed in half to remove it and get access to fight the fire. Wright County Attorney’s Report
Anna Lynn Finckbone, 30, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 11 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend MADD Panel, have no same or similar violations.
Michael Lee Hult, 26, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 7 for felony terroristic threats to 34 months prison, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment.
Virginia Louise Orth, 40, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 8 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 2 days jail.
Robert Alan Pfeffer, 23, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 6 for felony assault in the third degree to a stay of imposition for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession  of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Kathleen Lynn Thomas, 56, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 11 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $150 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $150 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete 50 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.

Joseph Harrison Baynes, 24, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 12 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault, fifth degree assault, flee police on foot, obstructing the legal process and 4th degree assault.
Monica Faye Olson, 40, of Big Lake was arrested Feb. 12 in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
Amanda Trish Foster, 34, of Becker was arrested Feb. 12 in Clearwater Township on the charge of second degree controlled substance violation.
Christel Joy Hofman, 52, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 12 in Buffalo on the charge of second degree DWI.
Thomas John Herold, 59, of St. Michael was arrested Feb. 12 in St. Michael on the charge of violation of a harassment restraining order.
Chelsea Renee Scherr, 19, of Clearwater was arrested Feb. 13 in Buffalo on the charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Anthony Roman Paul Maher, 23, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 14 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
Brandon Robert Langerud, 21, of Big Lake was arrested Feb. 14 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.
Reece Sol Bregenzer, 36, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 14 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for second degree DWI.
Timothy James Anderson, 23, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 14 in Montrose on Wright County warrants for probation violation and domestic assault.
Curtis Edwin Wilson, 19, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 14 in Buffalo on the charge of fourth degree controlled substance violation.
David Robert Penner, 27, of Otsego was arrested Feb. 14 in Otsego on the charges of domestic assault and interference with a 911 call.
Dennis Jeffrey Boland, 31, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 15 in Monticello on the charges of 3rd degree DWI and 2nd degree refusal.
Garrett James Wilson, 28, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 16 in Monticello on the charges of flee police on foot, obstruction of legal process, 5th degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Casey Harold Lambert, 21, of Maple Lake was arrested Feb. 17 in Maple Lake Township on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for burglary.
There were 35 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, 5 hit and run accidents and 7 car deer accidents.
There were 10 arrests for DWI, 2 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violation and 81 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report
Provided mutual aid to Big Lake fire Feb. 12 at 7:28 p.m. Stood by their station for two hours while they were on a storage shed fire call.
Responded to a storage shed fire Feb. 13 at 11:57 a.m. in the 8400 block of Troy Marquette Drive. Put out the fire which was on the shed and part of the house. The shed was a total loss. Big Lake fire was on the scene for mutual aid for two hours.
Checked the area of the 100 block of Vine Street Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. for the smell of natural gas. Used a gas meter and found nothing. Called to a rollover Feb. 14 at 5:33 a.m. near mile marker 198 on I-94. Call was canceled due to no injuries.
Provided traffic control for an accident at Edmonson, South of 85th, Feb. 14 at 9:19 p.m. There were no injuries.
Extricated one patient from a car after an accident at 2:41 p.m. Feb. 18 on Co. Rd. 37 East of Fallon Ave.
Called to the 200 block of Hwy. 25 for the smell of gas Feb. 19 at 11:18 a.m. Checked the area, and then called Centerpoint to investigate.
