Wright County Attorney’s Report
Eric Lee Aubuchon, 34, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 25 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment.  Sentenced for misdemeanor fleeing a peace officer to 90 days jail.
Justin Lee Bieganowski, 27, of Big Lake, sentenced Feb. 29 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor stalking to 45 days jail.
Christopher Michael Bland, 22, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 21 for felony burglary in the first degree to a stay of imposition for 20 years on conditions of probation, serve six months in jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete an anger management program and follow all recommendations, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.
Michael Lee Hult, 26, of Otsego, sentenced Feb. 26 for gross misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree to four months jail.
Craig James Jones, 55, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 27 for probation violations for felony terroristic threats to 35 days jail.
Marc Russell Kivi, 44, of Big Lake, sentenced Feb. 28 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 84 days, $600 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $400 fine plus surcharges, attend a support group, serve 45 days on electronic home monitoring,  have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations.
Douglas Alan Knutson, 29, of Maple Lake, sentenced Feb. 28 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 45 days jail.
Matthew Gregory Lepowsky, 30, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 27 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 320 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for burglary in the second degree to 180 days jail.
Michael James Madison, 23, of Maple Lake, sentenced Feb. 27 for gross misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 346 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 19 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Terry Scott Spinks, 34, of Big Lake, sentenced Feb. 27 for felony receiving stolen property to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no contact with victim, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Travis Jeffery Vogel, 21, of Big Lake, sentenced Feb. 26 for probation violations for contributing to the delinquency of a minor to five days jail.

Kelly Marie Bartel, 31, of Maple Lake was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for methamphetamine paraphernalia accessible to children.
Matthew Gregory Lepowsky, 30, of Monticello was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for burglary.
Jonathan Paul Shinnick, 25, of Monticello was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault.
Mitchell Keith Decker, 25, of Buffalo was charged with gross misdemeanor 2nd degree DWI.
Ethan McKinley Borgmann, 23, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality.
Calvin Joe Fenn, 41, of Monticello was arrested in Monticello on the charge of violation of an order for protection.
Timothy Duane Youngquist, 50, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety and a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Thomas Charles Borst, 53, of Monticello was arrested in Monticello on Wright County warrants for disorderly conduct, theft and criminal damage to property.
Jordan Christopher Goebel, 21, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Shawn Glenn Ackerman, 22, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Derek James Painschab, 21, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo Township on a Wright County warrant for 1st degree controlled substance violation.
Leann Marie Scotting, 45, of Buffalo was charged with felony theft.
Zachary Forrest Riedberger, 23, of Buffalo was arrested in Chatham Township on the charges of 1st degree assault and malicious punishment of a child.
Michael Ryan Coleman, 33, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Tracy Marie Gerhardson, 46, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Mark Robinson, 43, of Elk River was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 1st degree DWI, 2nd Degree test refusal and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Jason Jon Schulz, 28, of St. Michael was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.
Rick Mathew Krantz, 29, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.
Chad David Hess, 23, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault, 5th degree assault and 2nd degree assault.
Peter Joseph Wagner, 32, of Big Lake was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
There were 22 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, 3 hit and run accident and 7 car deer accidents.
There were 7 arrests for DWI, 1 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violation and 93 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
