Wright County Attorney’s Report

Mercedes Aguilar, 46, of St. Michael, sentenced March 4 for misdemeanor failure to stop for school bus to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $900 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.
Timothy James Borell, 55, of Maple Lake, sentenced March 4 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 88 days, $700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete 32 hours community service, complete an anger management program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Desiree Kara Butler, 24, of Otsego, sentenced March 8 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days, $2,900 stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, serve 45 days on electronic home monitoring, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Trevor Allen Heitland, 20, of Monticello, sentenced March 8 for probation violations for terroristic threats to 120 days jail.
Matthew David Johnson, 25, of Monticello, sentenced March 4 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a chemical education class and follow all recommendations, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Michael Alexander Kriegler, 28, of Otsego, sentenced March 4 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to four days jail.
Travis Lee Kruck, 25, of Buffalo, sentenced March 7 for probation violations for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle to 60 days jail.
Thomas Paul Murphy, 47, of St. Michael, sentenced March 6 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail.
Dale Francis Schmidt, 43, of St. Michael, sentenced March 8 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 88 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, have no same or similar violations.
Travis Wade Wilkes, 22, of Buffalo, sentenced March 6 for felony theft by swindle to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $400 fine plus surcharges, provide DNA sample, undergo a gambling assessment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Wayne Thomas Winkleman, 60, of St. Michael, sentenced March 5 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 60 days jail.

Jason Owen Miller, 32, of Big Lake was arrested March 4 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
Timothy Lloyd Dahl, 36, of Maple Lake was charged March 4 with felony second degree burglary.
Andrew Jonathan Athen, 25, of Buffalo was charged March 5 with misdemeanor fourth degree DWI.
Tanisha Anne Marie Maeling, 32, of Buffalo was arrested March 5 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Brandon Charles Penske, 25, of St. Michael was arrested March 5 in Albertville on the charge of third degree DWI.
Stephanie Lynn Weisen, 23, of St. Cloud was arrested March 6 in Monticello on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance violation and false information to police.
Ian Michael Gaugh, 23, of Monticello was arrested March 6 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for obstructing legal process.
Trevor Allen Heitland, 20, of Monticello was arrested March 7 in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for fifth degree controlled substance violation and terroristic threats.
Jeffrey Robert Altrichter, 43, of Buffalo was arrested March 7 in Buffalo on the charge of domestic abuse no contact order violation.
Ryan John Holthaus, 32, of Monticello was arrested March 8 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
Amanda Marie Reinke, 24, of Maple Lake was arrested March 8 in Maple Lake on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
James Patrick Campbell, 55, of St. Michael was arrested March 8 in St. Michael on the charge of second degree DWI.
Justia Jolyse Segner, 21, of Crystal was arrested March 8 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
Patrick Lynn Holm, 37, of Buffalo was arrested March 8 in Buffalo Township on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Fidel Valles Soto, 53, of Big Lake was arrested March 10 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Julie Lynn South, 33, of Monticello was arrested March 10 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.
There were 11 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accident and 3 car deer accidents.
There were 11 arrests for DWI, 4 underage consumption arrests, 2 school bus stop arm violation and 113 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
