THIS COMMUNICATION IS FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Sunset Ponds I Homeowners’ Association, (hereinafter the Declaration) recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota as Document No. A 935958, which covers the following property:

THAT pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of February 25, 2013, from Jason Kelly and Jan Erickson, title holder, to Sunset Ponds I Homeowners’ Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the amount of $9,814.45, for assessments, late fees and collection costs, plus additional assessments and other amounts that may have accrued since the date of this notice, including the costs of collection and foreclosure;
THAT prior to the commencement of this foreclosure proceeding, Lienor complied with all notice requirements as required by status; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said lien, or any part thereof;
THAT the owners have not been released from their financial obligation to pay said amount;
THAT pursuant to the Declaration, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Sunset Pond I Homeowners’ Association, as evidenced by a lien statement recorded on April 12, 2010, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. A 1144948;
THAT pursuant to the power of sale granted by the owners in taking title to the premises subject to said Declaration, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said property by the sheriff of said County at the Main Office of the Wright County Sheriff, Civil Division, 3800 Braddock Avenue, NE, City of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota, on May 1, 2013, at 10 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney’s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of said sale.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
CITY OF MONTICELLO
STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM (SWPPP)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City of Monticello will hold a public meeting to present information on, and receive public comment on, the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) as required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Phase II (NPDES II) storm water permit. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 6 – 7 pm in the Academy Room of City Hall, at 505 Walnut Street. A brief presentation by City staff will provide information on the City‘s SWPPP and will summarize the draft annual report which must be submitted to the State by June 30th, 2013. The public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the City’s SWPPP and to provide public comment for incorporation into the annual report.
Interested persons can review a copy of the SWPPP at City Hall weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or on the Engineering Department page of the City’s website at www.ci.monticello.mn.us. Written comments may be submitted through May 17th, 2013 to Karen Moores, Engineering Assistant, 505 Walnut Street, Suite 1, Monticello, MN 55362. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING THE 2013 OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The zoning map amendments attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” is adopted as the Official Zoning Map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Monticello.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by Council. Copies of the complete Zoning Ordinance are available online and at Monticello City Hall upon request.

A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE RELATING TO HOURS WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT ON-SALE LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on March 11, 2013, Ordinance No. 575 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 575, the following Summary Ordinance No. 575A has been prepared for publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends the following sections of the Monticello City Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update hours when customers are allowed on premises at on-sale liquor establishments in the City of Monticello. Note: This does not change hours and days of sales of alcoholic beverages.
3-1-6(A): Beer – Persons Ineligible for License
3-1-8(C,D,K): Beer – Conditions of License
