Austin Michael Adamson, 24, of Albertville, sentenced March 22 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 363 days, $2,100 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
William Ray Alfano, 46, of Becker, sentenced March 18 for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $200 fine, complete Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend MADD panel, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions.
Ryan Donald Allen, 29, of Maple Lake, sentenced March 18 for felony first degree DWI to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, serve 120 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 15 days jail and 30 days on electronic home monitoring, consecutive. Sentenced for probation violations for second degree DWI to 15 days jail and 30 days on electronic home monitoring, consecutive.
Randy Starr Anderl, 39, of Buffalo, sentenced March 18 for misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 76 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 14 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.

Daniel Scott Jenkins, 55, of Monticello, sentenced March 22 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 361 days, $2,100 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, obtain permission before leaving the state, pay restitution, serve 10 days on electronic home monitoring,
have no same or similar violations.
Nicholas Scott Johnson, 27, of Buffalo, sentenced March 18 for felony terroristic threats to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, pay $200 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, undergo domestic abuse treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, pay restitution, remain medically compliant, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, write a letter of apology, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 365 days jail; 245 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions. Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child to 120 days, concurrent.
Sheridan Ray Skeen, 66, of Buffalo, sentenced March 20 for felony first degree DWI to 42 months prison, pay $1,000 fine plus surcharges.
Shawn David Tomlinson, 28, of Monticello, sentenced March 21 for gross misdemeanor carry/possess pistol without a permit to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 335 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Lenea Mae Townsend, 42, of Buffalo, sentenced March 20 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 45 days jail.

Scott Allen Larson, 46, of Monticello was arrested March 18 in Benton County on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Matthew Robert Woods, 23, of Maple Lake was arrested March 18 in Silver Creek Township on the charges of domestic assault and domestic assault by strangulation.
Ryan Allen Jacobson, 27, of Monticello was arrested March 18 in Monticello on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.
Melissa Dawn Neuerburg, 30, of Otsego was charged March 19 with gross misdemeanor third degree DWI.
Martin Keith Oliver, 42, of Monticello was arrested March 19 in Monticello for drive after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Zachary Gordon Blesi, 29, of Albertville was arrested March 19 in Albertville on charges of second degree test refusal and third degree DWI.
Bryant Patrick Stucky, 19, of Maple lake was arrested March 19 in Corinna Township on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Amanda Jeanette Dunning, 36, of Monticello was arrested March 20 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Deborah Lynn Ferrier, 44, of Otsego was arrested March 20 in Otsego on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for first degree DWI.
Elizabeth Ann Pacheco, 32, of Albertville was arrested March 20 in Albertville on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation.
Kevin Ross Williams, 37, of Albertville was arrested March 20 in Albertville on the charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
Daniel Joseph Rossberg, 22, of Buffalo was arrested March 22 in Buffalo on a apprehension and detention order from the Mn Department of Corrections.
Ryan Michael Renstrom, 38, of Buffalo was arrested March 22 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for second degree criminal sexual conduct.
Blaine Elliott Delorme, 42, of Buffalo was arrested March 22 in Buffalo Township on the charge of third degree DWI.

Jacob Matthew Korpi, 27, of Otsego was arrested March 23 in Otsego on the charge of third degree DWI.
Samuel Waithaka, 38, of St. Paul was arrested March 23 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
Justin Richard Corcoran, 25, of Clearwater was arrested March 23 in Clearwater on the charges of third degree DWI and open bottle.
Timothy Robert Sizer, 30, of Otsego was arrested March 24 in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.
Dominic Marcus Clifford, 19, of Monticello was arrested March 24 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
Matthew Barrett Martin, 36, of Monticello was arrested March 24 in Monticello on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance violation and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
There were 39 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, 4 hit and run accident and 7 car deer accidents.
There were 12 arrests for DWI, no underage consumption arrests, 2 school bus stop arm violation and 149 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Responded to a property on 97th St. NW March 21 at 1:36 p.m. for the smell of gas. The smell turned out to be coming from a door mat outside the house.
Responded to a fire alarm March 24 at 2:51 p.m. in the 9300 block of Deegan Ave. The alarm had been set off by high heat level in the riser room.
Called to the 1200 block of 120th St. NE at 5:45 p.m. March 25 for possible CO poisoning. Went there and didn’t find anything wrong.
Responded to a smoke alarm in the 11600 block of Aetna Ave. March 26 at 2:10 a.m. Walked around and found nothing.
