Ryan Wayne Ailie, 34, of Big Lake, sentenced March 25 for probation violations for felony terroristic threats to 180 days jail.
Kristina Marie Banken, 37, of Big Lake, sentenced March 25 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor interfere with a 911 Call to 5 hours community service.
Reece Sol Bregenzer, 36, of Monticello, sentenced March 27 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 90 days jail.
Shanwta Marie Giguere, 33, of Big Lake, sentenced March 26 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days, $2,800 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Craig James Jones, 55, of Buffalo, sentenced March 27 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $2,700 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Crystal Marie Jorgensen, 31, of Monticello, sentenced March 21 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the Fifth Degree to 180 days jail.
Nathan Michael Legro, 24, of Monticello, sentenced March 21 for felony burglary in the second degree to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 86 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, complete cognitive skill training, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, attend a support group, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete 60 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony terroristic threats to 86 days jail, concurrent.
Jesse Mark Miller, 31, of Buffalo, sentenced March 21 for felony possession of a pistol to a stay of execution for 15 years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, complete cognitive skill training, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, obtain permission before leaving the state, complete domestic abuse treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for felony stalking to a stay of execution of five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, concurrent, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, follow above conditions.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony criminal sexual conduct in the third degree to 180 days jail, concurrent.
Russell James Robert, 33, of Big Lake, sentenced March 27 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 341 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 24 days jail, pay restitution, pay $75 public defender co-payment, provide DNA sample, write a letter of apology, have no same or similar violations.
Reece Alan Schonhardt, 21, of Buffalo, sentenced March 26 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of imposition for ten years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $200 to Drug Task Force, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no same or similar violations.
Robert Joseph Weber, 32, of Monticello, sentenced March 25 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $1,000 fine; 320 days, $800 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, pay $200 fine, complete a Level II driving program, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Rishia Sun Weiss, 45, of Monticello, sentenced March 26 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 40 hours community service.

Shaun Anthony Stumne, 33, of Becker was arrested March 25 in Anoka County on a Wright County warrant for third degree controlled substance violation.
Calvin Joe Fenn, 42, of Monticello was charged March 25 with felony violation of an order for protection.
Zachary Richard Braun, 30, of Monticello was charged March 25 with gross misdemeanor traffic violation.
Justin Edwin Warnke, 27, of Buffalo was arrested March 27 in Buffalo on the charge of violation of an order for protection and Wright County warrants for domestic assault and terroristic threats.
Natasha Lee Habiger, 22, of Big Lake was arrested March 27 in Benton County on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Matthew Stanley Kopis, 25, of Buffalo was arrested March 30 in Buffalo on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation.
Arlene Kay Kujawa, 50, of Monticello was arrested March 30 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
Stefan Michael Patton Kehr, 24, of Albertville was arrested March 30 in Monticello for third degree DWI test refusal and flee police in a motor vehicle.
Melissa Kay Arnold, 28, of Monticello was arrested March 31 in Monticello for third degree DWI.
Michael Allen Pelarski, 47, of Monticello was arrested March 31 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.
Carleton Philip Gavic, 30, of Buffalo was arrested March 31 in Monticello for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Chad Dean Moen, 20, of Otsego was arrested March 31 in Otsego for domestic assault.
Sabrina Rebecca Saari, 22, of Big Lake was arrested March 31 in Howard Lake for third degree DWI.
There were 20 property damage accidents, 3 personal injury accidents. There were 10 arrests for DWI and 121 tickets for traffic violations this week.
