Amos Benjamin Andrews, 35, of Monticello, sentenced April 2 for felony terroristic threats to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 100 days jail, pay $25 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse treatment and follow all recommendations, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 265 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 100 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions.
Aaron Arthur John Bethke, 31, of Albertville, sentenced April 3 for interfering with a 911 call to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 86 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete Wright County Batterer’s Program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Benjamin James Dixon, 34, of Buffalo, sentenced April 1 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, complete a Level II driving program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Mark Andrew Evans, 30, of Monticello, sentenced April 1 for misdemeanor disorderly conduct to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete an anger management program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Luis Horacio Franco, 26, of Becker, sentenced March 3 for felony stalking to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim or victim’s family, complete a domestic abuse program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, provide DNA sample, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for gross misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 338 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 27 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, follow above conditions.
Natasha Lee Habiger, 34, of Big Lake, sentenced April 3 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor aid and abet theft to 10 days jail.

Cory Richard Keller, 32, of Monticello, sentenced March 18 for misdemeanor disorderly conduct to 90 days jail; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $85 surcharges, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations.
Trenton Charles Knese, 19, of Buffalo, sentenced April 4 for felony receiving stolen property to a stay of imposition for twenty years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $200 fine plus  law library fee, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Jennifer Jody Miner, 39, of Monticello, sentenced April 1 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 275 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Elizabeth Ann Pacheco, 32, of Albertville, sentenced April 29 for probation violations for check forgery to one year and one day prison.
Leonard Alvin Scott, 61, of Monticello, sentenced April 3 for felony engaging in electronic communication relating or describing sexual conduct with a child to a stay of imposition for three years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, register as a sex offender, provide DNA sample, have no contact with persons under the age of 18 years unless approved by agent, have no use or possession of pornography, have no use or access to the internet without approval, submit to a polygraph, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, follow all recommendations of psychosexual evaluation, have no same or similar violations.
Travis Allen Thielen, 26, of Monticello, sentenced April 5 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 350 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $200 fine plus law library fee, complete a Level II driving program, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
David Burton Trigg, 19, of Big Lake, sentenced April 3 for misdemeanor criminal damage to property in the fourth degree to 90 days jail, $25 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $25 fine, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.

Sheriff’s Report

Carrie Sue Quarberg, 33, of Buffalo was arrested April 2 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for first degree controlled substance violation.
Lee Allen Mitchell, 51, of Clearwater was arrested April 3 in Clearwater on the charge of third degree DWI.
Timothy James Lipponen, 28, of Maple Lake was arrested April 3 in Maple Lake on a Wright County warrant for receiving stolen property.
Travis Paul Christ Padgett, 25, of Monticello was arrested April 3 in Monticello on Wright County warrants for probation violation and check forgery.
Matthew Stanley Kopis, 25, of Buffalo was arrested April 4 in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
Adam Lee Hoffmeister, 40, of Monticello was arrested April 4 in Monticello Township on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
Justin David Zelenak, 22, of Monticello was arrested April 4 in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
Tyler James Lafave, 19, of Buffalo was arrested April 5 in Maple Lake on the charges of disorderly conduct and underage consumption.
Alexander Joseph Demeules, 18, of Monticello was arrested April 5 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Danielle Elizabeth Bergson, 23, of Otsego was arrested April 6 in Otsego on a Rice County warrant for probation violation.
Matthew Roy Hiljus, 26, of Monticello was arrested April 7 in Monticello on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Angela Rose Carter, 45, of Annandale was arrested April 7 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
Tanner William Anderson, 27, of Monticello was arrested April 7 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
There were 17 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accident and 7 car deer accidents.
There were 5 arrests for DWI, 1 underage consumption arrest, no school bus stop arm violations and 52 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Responded to a fire alarm at Xcel Energy at 7 p.m. April 4. Alarm turned out to be caused by burnt popcorn and the call was canceled.
Called to the 700 block of Maple St. for a fire alarm April 4 at 10:13 p.m. The alarm went off due to burnt food. Engine 4 ventilated the building.
Called to a car accident April 7 at 12:53 p.m. at Broadway in front of Pinewood Elementary. Call was canceled by Wright Co., there were no injuries.
