Notice is given that on May 29th, 2013 at 1:30 P.M., a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Courthouse, 10 NW 2nd Street, Buffalo, MN 55313, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of MICHAEL J. RAZINK, whose address is 9125 Country Avenue NE, Monticello, MN 55362, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Monticello at the office of the City Administrator until 10:00 a.m. local time, Friday, May 17, 2013, at the City Hall located at 505 Walnut Street, Suite 1, Monticello, MN 55352 and will be publicly opened and read at said time and place by representatives of the City of Monticello.
The project includes, but is not limited to:
• Masonry block building with precast hollow core roofing
• Installation of screw press and appurtenances (provided by Owner)
• Installation of polymer feed system (provided by Owner)
• Influent sludge pumps
• Electrical systems
• Heating, ventilation, and dehumidification systems
• Instrumentation and controls
• Process piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances
• Site work including paving, utilities, and grading

No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator of Monticello and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, or certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Monticello for five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
