RAZINK, whose address is 9125 Country Avenue NE, Monticello, MN 55362, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2013 FEE SCHEDULE
TITLE 20 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule category, CEMETERY, of the Monticello City Code, Title 20, shall be amended as follows:
Grave Transfer Fee: $25 $15
Section 2. The Fee Schedule category, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – PLANNING/ ZONING, of the Monticello City Code, Title 20, shall be amended by adding the following:
Special Use Permits: $50
Fee shall be waived for a parade (only) application
Temporary Use Permits: $50
Fee shall be waived for a parade (only) application
Section 3. The Fee Schedule category, LICENSES/PERMITS, of the Monticello City Code, Title 20, shall be amended as follows:
Transient Merchant:
Annual permit, private premise $75/year + $3.50 application fee
Daily fees, independent merchant $50/day + $3.50 application fee
Section 4. The Fee Schedule category, SANITARY SEWER, of the Monticello City Code, Title 20, shall be amended as follows:
Sewer Rates – Special Cases: $24.65 X number of people in household
(Snowbirds/Others unoccupied 1st quarter) Winter Consumption Rate will be based on 10,472 gallons per quarter
Section 5. The Fee Schedule category, WATER, of the Monticello City Code, Title 20, shall be amended as follows:
Irrigation Water Rate – Resid, Twnhms & Commercial:
(if metered separately on commercial properties, no minimum base rate is applied to accounts with zero usage)
(If metered separately, no quarterly minimum base rate is applied to irrigation meters with zero usage.)
Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. The ordinance in its entirety shall be posted on the City website after publication. 2013-A Street Overlay Project
NOTICE IS HERE GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at Meyer Rohlin Land Services, 708 1st Avenue NE, Suite #1, Buffalo, MN 55313 until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2013, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the projects with the following estimated quantities:
2013-A Street Overlay Project
Bid A: 2” Bituminous Overlay MnDOT 2360 Type SPWEA240B
3,900 Tons
The project shall start on or after June 24, 2013 and be fully completed on or before August 30, 2013. Contracts, bonds, and insurance items must be submitted and accepted prior to start of work. No striping is needed. Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be seen at the office of Meyer Rohlin Land Services.
The Monticello Township Board reserves the right to reduce or increase the bid quantity by 25% without a change to the bid price.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid which shall be forfeited to the Town of Monticello in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract within the specified time.
Bids must be marked “2013-A Street Overlay Project” on the outside of the envelope containing the bid. All bids mailed to Meyer Rohlin Land Services shall be addressed to: Meyer Rohlin Land Services, 708 1st Avenue NE, Suite #1, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313. Each bid must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope, and marked as aforementioned within the mailing envelope. Faxed bids shall not be accepted.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the Town.
Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from Meyer Rohlin Land Services upon deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each set. This deposit will not be refunded.
