Attorney’s Report

Justin Lee Bieganowski, 28, of Big Lake, sentenced April 30 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 45 days jail.
Hienok Demessie, 22, of Buffalo, sentenced April 29 for felony possession of pistol/assault weapon to 33 months prison.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 365 days jail, concurrent.
Ashlie Renae Dutcher, 22, of Big Lake, sentenced April 30 for gross misdemeanor no insurance to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 355 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.
Gilbert Samson Garcia, 25, of Becker, sentenced May 2  for felony receiving stolen property to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 92 days jail, pay $75 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no contact with victim, pay restitution, obtain permission before leaving the state, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Dallas James Hill, 21, of Otsego, sentenced April 30 for probation violations for two counts of gross misdemeanor violation of harassment/restraining Order to 90 days jail.
Benjamin Patrick Knowles, 33, of Maple Lake, sentenced April 25 for felony violation of an order for protection to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, complete a domestic abuse program and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no same or similar violations.   Sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 120 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions.
Nickolas Ryan Loken, 20, of Monticello, sentenced May 1 for probation violations for felony simple robbery to 15 days jail.
Richard Leon Murray II, 46, of Monticello, sentenced April 29 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 30 days jail.
Timothy Charles Provo, 50, of Maple Lake, sentenced May 1 for gross misdemeanor interfere with a 911 Call to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 365 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, complete a domestic abuse program and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Bryan Joseph Puncochar, 26, of Maple Lake, sentenced April 30 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 10 days jail.
Paul Richard Zakrzewski, 41, of Monticello, sentenced April 30 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 361 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, attend a chemical awareness class, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.

for theft.
Justin Lee Bieganowski, 28, of Big Lake was arrested April 29 in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.
Richard Allen Mitchell, 19, of Clearwater was arrested April 29 in Clearwater Township on a Wright County warrant for first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Annika Esther Varda, 23, no permanent address was arrested April 30 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for forgery.
Scott Allen Larson, 46, of Monticello was arrested April 30 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Chad Everette Benske, 41, of Monticello was arrested May 1 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Aaron Arthur John Bethke, 31, of Albertville was arrested May 1 in Albertville on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Mario James Mueller, 31, of Elk River was arrested May 2 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
Jacob Scott Omara, 30, of Maple Lake was arrested May 3 in Maple Lake on the charge of violation of an order for protection.
Lenea Mae Townsend, 42, of Buffalo was arrested May 3 in Sherburne County on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
Michael David Stumpf, 26, of Maple Lake was arrested May 4 in Maple Lake on the charge of second degree DWI.
David James Nelson, 55, of Monticello was arrested May 5 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
There were 18 property damage accidents, 1 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accident and 2 car deer accidents.
There were 8 arrests for DWI, 1 underage consumption arrest, no school bus stop arm violations and 45 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Provided mutual aid to Big Lake for a grass fire May 6 at 2:29 p.m. Big Lake then canceled the aid.
Called to Cornerstone Cafe for a fire alarm at 12:34 p.m. May 3. They were working on the system and tripped the alarm.
Helped load a female with chest pain into an ambulance May 1 at 7:57 p.m., near the 9200 block of Armitage Ave. NW.
