Joseph Harrison Baynes, 24, of Buffalo, sentenced May 6 for felony domestic assault to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 75 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, complete the Wright County Batterers’ Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 75 days jail, concurrent.
Andrew Charles Dormanen, 29, of Monticello, sentenced May 6 for gross misdemeanor intent to escape taxation to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 350 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for Misdemeanor No Insurance to 90 days jail, $50 fine; 75 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, concurrent, pay $50 fine, have no same or similar violations.
Ross Thomas Eisenschenk, 46, of Monticello, sentenced May 6 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to testing to 60 days jail.
Ezzard Charles King, 37, of Monticello, sentenced May 3 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 84 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Justin Anthony Longfield, 28, of Albertville, sentenced May 7 for probation violations for felony assault in the second degree to 18 days jail.
Dustin James Merges, 25, of Monticello, sentenced May 6 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 363 days, $2,100 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, comply with ignition interlock program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Martin Keith Oliver, 42, of Monticello, sentenced May 6 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 363 days, $2,900 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.
Ronald Dean Searcy, 48, of Clearwater, sentenced May 8 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 45 days jail.
Shaun Anthony Stumne, 33, of Becker, sentenced May 10 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the third degree to 13 months prison.

Trent Rory Benson, 20, of Buffalo was arrested May 6 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Jeffrey Alan Goodwater, 43, of Hopkins was arrested May 6 in Monticello Township on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Chad Roy Amundsen, 37, of Monticello was arrested May 7 in Monticello on the charge of false information to police and a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.
Daniel Patrick Hendel, 32, of Maple Lake was arrested May 7 in Silver Creek Township on a Wright County warrant for third degree DWI.
Casey Harold Lambert, 21, of Maple Lake was arrested May 7 in Maple Lake Township on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for burglary.
Ricky Joe Jeske, 51, of Buffalo was arrested May 7 in Buffalo on the charges of second degree DWI, contempt of court and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Christopher William Domstrand, 27, of Monticello was arrested May 7 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault by strangulation.
Matthew Frank Spelker-Johnston, 23, of Monticello was arrested May 8 in Monticello on a Stearns County warrant for disorderly conduct.
Corey Allen Lotz, 19, of Buffalo was arrested May 9 in Buffalo on the charges of motor vehicle theft, tampering with motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft.
Nickole Lynn ONeill, 21, of Buffalo was charged May 10 with misdemeanor fifth Degree Assault.
David Paul Larsen, 56, of Buffalo was arrested May 12 in Buffalo Township on the charge of domestic assault.
There were 23 property damage accidents, 4 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accident and 3 car deer accidents.
There were 11 arrests for DWI, 2 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violation and 41 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Responded to a broken gas line May 7 at 7:35 p.m. in the 6000 block of Bakken St. Waited for the gas company to arrive.
Called to a fire alarm at Riverside Circle May 8 at 12:23 p.m. Call was canceled.
Provided assistance in searching for missing person Mandy Matula in the area of County Rd. 75 West May 9 at 6 p.m.
Responded to a fire that was held in a burn pit in the 3200 block of 85th St. N.E. May 11 at 1:39 a.m. Put out the fire.
Called to the 8000 block of Jason Ave. May 10 at 7:37 p.m. to set up a landing zone for a medical helicopter. Call was canceled as air care was not needed.
Called to a fire alarm May 13 at 12:02 p.m. in the 6500 block of Osprey Court. Call was canceled.
