Notice is given that on June 24, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at the Wright County Courthouse, 10 NW 2nd Street, Buffalo, MN 55313, on a petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated March 17, 2009, and for the appointment of JENNIFER L. ROEHL, whose address is 9675 180th Avenue SE, Becker, MN 55308, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

6. Resolutions Accepting Donations – Jim Johnson, Superintendent present the following donations for board approval.
A. Donation of a swing for students with physical impairments for the playground at Pinewood Elementary from Jen Thomas.
B. $2,200.00 from the Minnesota State High School League to help offset cost in the Activities Department.
C. $1,447.00 for soil and mulch to be used to build the school garden at the Middle School from Scott’s.
D. $2000.00 to be used to fund materials needed for the school garden at the Middle School from Home Depot.
E. Donation of fabric and sewing supplies from Elizabeth Anderson to be used by students in need for their sewing unit project that is part of the 8th grade FACS Curriculum at the Middle School.
F. Donation of $500.00 to the High School Baseball Program to support improvements to the baseball fields from Uptown Eyecare.
G. Donation of $500.00 to the High School Baseball Program to support improvements to the baseball fields from Foster White Insurance Agency.
H. Donation of $500.00 to the High School Baseball Program to support improvements to the baseball fields from Monticello Auto Body.
I. Donation of $500.00 to the High School Baseball Program to support improvements to the baseball fields from Kjellberg Business Center.

7. A – Student Representative Report – Pat McNaughton reported on Prom, a Superhero theme and the DJ was good. Seniors are counting down – only 18 more days.
B – Student Recognition of Students from Monticello High School – Joel Lundin, High School Principal introduced the Students of Excellence recipients to school board members; Whitney Cole, Kate Johnson, and Zach Meierhofer absent Brent Bushman. He also introduced the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Candidate – Isaiah Grose.
8. Curriculum and Instruction Report – Holly Herman, High School English Teacher give an update on how the pilot program on the M/W/F College class this last semester. Holly also shared positive survey results from her student perspective of the class.
9. Request for Two Coaches for a Third Level of Soccer for the 2013-14 School Year – Gary Revenig, Activities Director reported due to increase numbers in girls and boys soccer, There is a need for a third level (JV2) of soccer, therefore he has requested two additional coaches.

-End of the year is coming up quickly – Due to the seasons late start kids in Spring Activities are getting a good experience, one more high school track meet has been added – middle school activities will try to reschedule as many activities however the season may be extended – verbal agreement has been made with Joe Dockendorf accepting the new Assistant Superintendents Position, his contract will be approved at the May 20th school board meeting- The district in is the process of changing our application system to the AppliTrack system and will also being using a new system for Principals Evaluations
