Attorney’s Report

Kevin Parnell Green, 47, of Monticello, sentenced May 20 for terroristic threats to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 320 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete a diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Ricky Joe Jeske, 51, of Buffalo, sentenced May 20 for probation violations for felony assault in the second degree to 90 days jail.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony receiving stolen property to 90 days jail.
Amanda Marie Reinke, 24, of Maple Lake, sentenced April 30 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the third degree and felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 30 days jail.  Sentenced for probation violations for misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 90 days jail, concurrent.
Lenea Mae Townsend, 42, of Buffalo, sentenced May 20 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 90 days jail.
Shane Robert Wolf, 44, of Otsego, sentenced May 20 for misdemeanor disorderly conduct to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $950 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.

Ray Lee Sowell, 25, of Big Lake was arrested May 20 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for criminal vehicular operation.
Steven Victor Violett, 52, of Otsego was arrested May 20 in Otsego on the charges of first Degree DWI and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Jessica Nicole Schaefer, 23, of Monticello was arrested May 21 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
Melissa Kay Crandell, 38, of Buffalo was arrested May 21 in Buffalo on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear.
Samuel Joseph Christ, 25, of Becker was arrested May 21 in Hubbard County on a Wright County warrant for third degree DWI.
Mark James Whitehead, 54, of Buffalo was arrested May 21 in Rockford Township for fleeing police in a motor vehicle.

was arrested May 22 in Otsego on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Robert Donald Heater, 35, of Monticello was arrested May 22 in Monticello Township on MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.
Tracy Marie Gerhardson, 46, of Buffalo was arrested May 22 in St. Michael on the charge of third degree DWI.
Cory J Nuest, 35, of Becker was charged May 22 with felony forgery.
Curt Matthew Craven, 29, of Robbinsdale was arrested May 23 in Monticello on the charges of flee police in a motor vehicle, second degree DWI and obstructing the legal process with force.
Randy Tyler Riddle, 22, of Buffalo was arrested May 23 in Maple Lake on charges of flee police in a motor vehicle, burglary and theft.
James Lee Rouleau, 55, of Clear Lake was arrested May 24 in Monticello for third degree DWI.
David Allen Miller, 34, of Otsego was arrested May 24 in Otsego on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault by strangulation.
Aaron Charles Stevens, 53, of Monticello was arrested May 24 in Howard Lake on the charge of disorderly conduct.
Derek James Painschab, 21, of Buffalo was arrested May 24 in Meeker County on a Wright County warrant for first degree controlled substance violation.
Ricky Henry Habisch, 48, of Otsego was charged May 24 with misdemeanor contempt of court.
Ashley Marie Shields, 28, of Albertville was arrested May 25 in Monticello on the charges of carrying a firearm under the influence, fifth degree assault and disorderly conduct.
There were 22 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, no hit and run accidents and 6 car-deer accidents.
There were 7 arrests for DWI, 3 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violation and 50 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Called to I-94 near mile marker 189 at 12:27 p.m. May 27 for oil on the road. No clean up was required.
Assisted one patient into an ambulance May 28 at 9:59 a.m. at Kjellberg parking lot 912.
