A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 4.11(E) – BUILDING MATERIALS FOR INDUSTRIAL REQUIREMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 28, 2013, Ordinance No. 578 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 578, the following Summary Ordinance No. 578A has been prepared for publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello City Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to provide for standards and materials for buildings in the Industrial districts with changes in the following sections:
4.11(E): Building Materials – Industrial Requirements
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City’s website following publication.

The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello City Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update regulations for convenience services in the CCD District with changes in the following sections:
5.1: Table 5-1A – CCD Uses
5.2(F): Regulations for Commercial Uses
• Convenience Retail
• Specialty Eating Establishments
