NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 13D.04, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Monticello Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the following matter: There may be a quorum of the City Council at this meeting.
DATE: Monday, June 17, 2013

HEARING SUBJECT: Consideration of request for variance to general building & performance standards for attached accessory structure and principal structure setbacks

Note:
Decisions of the Planning Commission, acting as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals, are final unless the appellant files a written appeal outlining the basis for the appeal within five (5) business days of the decision. Recipients of this notice shall be advised that if appellant files a written appeal, in accordance with Monticello Zoning Ordinance Section 2.4(C)(4)(c) and 2.4(H)(3)(c), the Community Development Department shall place the matter on the next available agenda of the City Council.
For this request for variance, the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Council is June 24th, 2013.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator of Monticello and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Monticello for five percent (5%) of the amount bid for the Base Bid, Initial Sell Price, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of bids. The City of Monticello reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
