NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Drakes Court Homeowners Association (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Wright County, Minnesota on November 13, 2002, as Document No. 816025, which covers the following property:

Jacobs, whose address is 16705 NE 65th Street, Elk River, Minnesota 55330 as co-personal representatives of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.

If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.

No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator of Monticello and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, or certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Monticello for five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids. The City of Monticello reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
