Liquor store gets new beer cooler equipment

Coolers are do-or-die pieces of municipal liquor store equipment, especially when selling chilled cases of barley pop make up a huge percentage of sales.
Beer sales represent 60 percent of Monticello Hi-Way Liquors’ sales. Ninety percent of that sales figure includes cold beer, so when Liquor Store Manager Randall Johnsen was faced with a cooling equipment failure, he didn’t waste any time passionately pursuing the best course of action to find replacement equipment.
