11. Presentation of Bids for the Little Mountain Roof Project – Tina Burkholder, Business Manager updated board members on the bids for the Little Mountain Re-Roof Project. She requested to reject Bid #1 and approve and award bid #2 to Buysse Roofing of St. Cloud, Inc. for $48,400, this would complete the “back media center” of the roof project.
12. FY14 Budget Proposal – Tina Burkholder, Business Manager presented a PowerPoint of the 2013-14 Budget overview. Her presentation included the budget process, and revenue and expenditures estimates. Her presentation included the General Fund budget showing total revenues of $38,072,403 and total expenditures of $38,843,139, resulting in an unreserved, undesignated fund balance of 8.14%.
Scott Hill made a motion to reduce the Assigned Fund Balance line by $1.6 million and put in the unassigned Funds Balance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the period for filing affidavits of candidacy for the office of school board members of Independent School District No.882 shall begin on July 30th, 2013, and shall close at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on August 13th, 2013.
The general election shall be held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2013. At that election, three members will be elected to the School Board for terms of four (4) years each.
