Christopher James Becker, 23, of Big Lake, sentenced June 26 for domestic assault by strangulation to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 245 days, $2,950 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, complete cognitive skill training and follow all recommendations, have no contact with victim, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, pay restitution, undergo an anger management assessment and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, have no same or similar violations.
Dennis Jeffery Boland, 32, of Monticello, sentenced June 28 for gross misdemeanor second degree refusal to submit to testing to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,100 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Terry Alan Clifton, 50, of Buffalo, sentenced June 28 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor purchasing liquor for minors to 60 days jail.
Tanner David Dickson, 23, of Buffalo, sentenced June 28 for probation violations for felony burglary in the first degree to 90 days jail.
Christopher Jon Gibbons, 25, of Becker, sentenced July 2 for probation violations for felony criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree to 30 days jail.
George Alan Greeninger, 53, of Monticello, sentenced June 27 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 90 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete 20 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.
Mark Anthony Klein, 51, of Buffalo, sentenced June 26 for felony domestic assault to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 113 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo domestic abuse counseling and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a mental health assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and gross misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 169 days jail.
Andrew Vincent Merhar, 29, of Otsego, sentenced June 28 for felony assault in the second degree to a stay of imposition for seven years, receive credit for 150 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete Batterers’ Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, have no same or similar violations.
Javonte Tyrell Tyson, 19, of Clearwater, sentenced June 28 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 320 days, $2,900 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for misdemeanor domestic assault and misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 45 days jail.
Joseph Daniel Watson, 22, of Clearwater, sentenced July 1 for gross misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 344 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 21 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 69 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 21 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.
James Michael Zabinski, 47, of Clearwater, sentenced June 28 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days, $2,400 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $600 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group and verify attendance, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.

Jennifer Lynn Schroeder, 31, of Monticello was arrested July 1 in Monticello on the charge of second degree controlled substance violation.
John Francis Lindenfelser, 50, of Albertville was arrested July 1 in Monticello on the charge of violation of an order for protection.
Adam John Morton, 31, of Buffalo was arrested July 4 in Monticello for drive after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Kevin Arnold Baragar, 41, of Monticello was arrested July 4 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County and the charge of give false name and date of birth to a peace officer.
Daniel Joseph Isaacson, 29, of Maple Lake was arrested July 5 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for second degree DWI test refusal.
Joshua Allen Hoffman, 27, of Buffalo was arrested July 5 in Stearns County on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Richelle Ann Braun, 27, of Big Lake was arrested July 5 in Monticello Township on an Anoka County warrant for domestic assault.
Kimberly Ann Hofman, 45, of Maple Lake was arrested July 5 in Maple Lake Township on the charge of third degree DWI.
Alexander Phillip Otto, 24, of Buffalo was arrested July 6 in Rockford on the charges of second degree DWI and ignition interlock violation.
Joshua Allen Hoffman, 27, of Buffalo was arrested July 6 in Buffalo on the charges of contempt of court, domestic assault and fifth degree assault.
Garrett John Vliem, 32, of Big Lake was arrested July 6 in Monticello Township on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Austin James Upegui, 19, of Monticello was arrested July 6 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.
Peter Bryan Lansing, 27, of Clearwater was arrested July 6 in Clearwater on the charges of obstructing legal process with force and third degree DWI refusal.
There were 24 property damage accidents, 7 personal injury accidents, 5 hit and run accidents and 5 car deer accidents.
There were 8 arrests for DWI, 16 underage consumption arrests and 53 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire report

Called to provide lift assistance for an ambulance June 26 at 2:25 a.m. in the 400 block of Cedar St. Call was canceled before leaving the station.
Responded to a cut gas line at 9:49 a.m. on June 26 in the 100 block of Matthew Circle. Waited for the gas company to arrive.
Called to a car accident near mile marker 198 on I-94 at 12:29 p.m. on June 26. Call was canceled, no injuries.
Put out a fire in the outside landscaping at Target on June 27 at 2:41 p.m.
Put out a chimney fire in the 800 block of Kjellberg Park June 28 at 9:19 p.m.
Called to a car fire on I-94 near mile marker 191 June 29 at 8:10 a.m. Call was canceled by fire marshal on the scene.
Responded to a cut gas line July 1 at 3:14 p.m. in the 400 block of Riverview Drive. Kept down the gas vapors and waited for gas company to arrive.
Put out a stove fire July 2 at 5:46 p.m. in the 10100 block of Park Place Drive. Used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames.
Responded to an ATV fire near Ct. Rd. 106 and Davern Ave. July 4 at 5:41 p..m. Checked it out, and the ATV owner put out the fire.
Called to a possible fire at Birch Lake access July 5 at 9:57 p.m. Turned out to be a bon fire.
Responded to a cigarette container on fire July 6 at 1:56 p.m. near the library at 206 6th St. Put water in container to put the fire out.
Responded to the 8600 block of Fair Hill Lane for a dump truck rollover July 8 at 5:09 p.m. Minor injuies to driver, waited on scene for tow truck to arrive.
