Julio Enrique Aguilar, 19, of Monticello, sentenced August 5 for felony aggravated robbery in the first degree to 36 months prison, pay $85 surcharges.
Mark Anthony Helmbrecht, 41, of Monticello, sentenced August 8 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor violation of an order for protection to 15 days jail.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor stalking to 15 days jail, concurrent.
Alexander Edward Kramer, 21, of Buffalo, sentenced August 2 for probation violations for felony burglary in the second degree to 6 days jail.
Jason Gene Kreuser, 35, of Monticello, sentenced August 6 for gross misdemeanor driving license restriction to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, concurrent, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, follow above conditions.
Lorrie Jean Lund, 39, of Maple Lake, sentenced August 1 for possession of legend drugs to 90 days jail; 51 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 39 days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, attend a support group, provide DNA sample, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, have no same or similar violations.
Justin Nicholas Manz, 27, of Maple Lake, sentenced August 2 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Georgia Marie Nyberg, 44, of Buffalo, sentenced August 5 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, attend a support group and verify attendance, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations.
Morriah Dawn Saunders, 26, of  Monticello, sentenced July 31 for probation violations for fourth degree DWI to 10 days jail.
Timothy Robert Sizer, 30, of Otsego, sentenced July 30 for misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $300 plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Corey Richard Thompson, 32, of Albertville, sentenced July 29 for probation violations for felony theft to 20 days jail.
Cody Frederick VanLith, 27, of Maple Lake, sentenced August 2 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 360 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 5 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.

Reece Alan Schonhardt, 21, of Buffalo was arrested August 5 in Buffalo on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Adam Robert Heaver, 23, of Buffalo was arrested August 5 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for criminal sexual conduct.
Ryan Michael Renstrom, 38, of Maple Lake was arrested August 5 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for second degree criminal sexual conduct.
Cody Rodderick Otto, 20, of Buffalo was charged August 5 with felony possession of child pornography.
Robbin Kay Rollag, 49, of Buffalo was charged August 5 with gross misdemeanor crime against family, malicious punishment.
Sarah Pauline Daugherty, 30, of Buffalo was arrested August 6 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Stephen Nicholas Klosterman, 21, of Monticello was arrested August 6 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
Randi Lee Ehindero, 34, of Monticello was arrested August 7 in Monticello on the charge of obstruct legal process.
Maria Isabel Alatorre, 26, of Buffalo was arrested August 7 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
Jake Randall Forpahl, 20, of Buffalo was arrested August 7 in Buffalo on the charge of fifth degree domestic assault.

Ricky Joe Jeske, 52, of Buffalo was arrested August 9 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault, fifth degree assault and contempt of court.
Lenus Earl Ladehoff, 45, of Maple Lake was arrested August 9 in Maple Lake on the charge of second degree DWI.
Jason Allen Nelms, 29, of Buffalo was charged August 9 with felony burglary.
Joshua Brett Butler, 37, of Otsego was arrested August 11 in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.
Bwazu Bela, 41, of Buffalo was arrested August 11 in Buffalo on the charge of third degree DWI.
Daniel Jacob Sidla, 27, of Big Lake was arrested August 11 in Monticello on the charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
There were 21 property damage accidents, 10 personal injury accidents, 2 hit and run accidents and 3 car deer accidents.
There were 6 arrests for DWI, 3 underage consumption arrests and 42 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire report

Called for weather watch August 6 at 7:41 p.m. Saw strong winds and little hail, but no damage to report.
Responded to a call for a tree struck by lightning August 6 at 8:44 p.m. in the 10200 block of Bice Ave. There was no fire, asked the owner to get ahold of tree company to bring down the tree.
Called to a car fire  near mile marker 187 on I-94 August 7 at 12:02 p.m. Call was canceled by dispatch; there was no fire.
Responded to the 500 block of Path St. August 8 at 10:05 a.m. to provide mutual aid to Big Lake fire department on a trailer house fire. Helped put out the fire. Trailer was a total loss. Department was on the scene for two hours.
Department was on standby at Big Lake fire station while they were at a garage fire August 10 at 1:57 a.m. Were there for two hours.
Called to Chelsea Rd. and Hwy. 25 at 9:44 a.m. August 10 for wash down for a motorcycle accident. Put down four buckets of floor dry.
Called to the 100 block of Riverview Drive at 7:39 p.m. August 13 to check gas levels in an apartment.
