Anthony Joseph Bartell, 31, of Albertville, sentenced August 28 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to testing to 10 days jail.
Eric Robert Garrett Elletson-Smith, 18, of Becker, sentenced August 21 for felony terroristic threats to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
Daniel John Gunderson, 21, of Otsego, sentenced August 22 for felony assault in the second degree to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo an anger management assessment and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim, victim’s family and victim’s residence, have no same or similar violations.
Stephenie Ladean Holzapfel, 43, of Monticello, sentenced August 29 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $500 fine; 245 days stayed for five years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, remain medically compliant, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no same or similar violations.
Tracy Lee Ingles, 51, of Becker, sentenced August 26 for gross misdemeanor second degree refusal to submit to testing to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 325 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 40 days jail, pay $300 fine plus law library fee, attend MADD panel, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete intensive supervision program, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, serve 80 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Stefan Michael Patton Kehr, 24, of Albertville, sentenced August 22 for gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to testing to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 345 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 20 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for misdemeanor obstructing legal process to 90 days jail; 70 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 20 days jail, follow above conditions.
Lee Philip Klingman, 49, of Buffalo, sentenced August 29 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor violation of an order for protection to 21 days jail.
Chad Michael Thiele, 28, of Buffalo, sentenced August 22 for felony DWI in the first degree to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, pay restitution, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, attend a support group and provide verification, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete a diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 60 days jail, consecutive.
Brittany Ann Wilson, 29, of Big Lake, sentenced August 26 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 30 days jail.

Travis Kenneth Ahles, 18, of Buffalo was arrested Aug. 26 in Monticello Township on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Gerald Paul Brost, 62, of Buffalo was arrested Aug. 26 in Buffalo on the charge of criminal vehicular operation.
Anthony Michael Libor, 27, of Buffalo was arrested Aug. 26 in Buffalo on the charge of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.
Tanner Lee Peterson, 22, of Monticello was charged Aug. 26 with misdemeanor domestic assault.
Larry Wilbur Babcock, 53, of Big Lake was arrested Aug. 28 in Monticello on the charge of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order.
Bruce Leroy Hansen, 45, of Clearwater was arrested Aug. 28 in Silver Creek Township on the charges of domestic assault by strangulation and interference with a 911 call.
Samuel James Taylor, 26, of Monticello was arrested Aug. 28 in Monticello on a St. Croix County, WI warrant for 1st degree homicide and a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Andrew Keith Artmann, 24, of Clearwater was arrested Aug. 29 in Clearwater on a Sherburne County warrant for a probation violation.
John William Wegler, 35, of Albertville was charged Aug. 29 with gross misdemeanor crime against family malicious punishment.
Sandra Joann Cruz, 48, of Monticello was arrested Aug. 30 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Candice Rae Jackson, 33, of Walker was arrested Aug. 30 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Timothy John Lang, 55, of Maple Lake was charged Aug. 30 with misdemeanor fifth degree assault.
Jodie Marie Pixomatis, 43, of Monticello was arrested Aug. 30 in Buffalo on the charge of obstructing the legal process.
Raul Rocha, 29, of Eden Valley was arrested Aug. 30 in Monticello on the charge of false information to police.
Joshua Allen Krenzke, 32, of Racine, WI was arrested Aug. 31 in Monticello Township on a Todd County warrant for probation violation.
Peter Eugene Hakanson, 20, of Monticello was arrested Aug. 31 in Monticello on the charges of disorderly conduct and flee police on foot.

Carrie Sue Quarberg, 34, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 2 in Rockford Township on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Cody Mitchel McDowell, 25, of Marysville, OH was arrested Sept. 2 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI test refusal.
Donalonte Jamar Wade, 25, of St. Louis Park was arrested Sept. 2 in Monticello on an Anoka County warrant for failure to appear.
Derek James Gilder, 19, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 2 in Buffalo on the charge of contempt of court.
There were 29 property damage accidents, 11 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accidents and 2 car deer accidents.
There were 7 arrests for DWI, no underage consumption arrests and 57 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Called to the 200 block of Kevin Longley Dr. for a gas line that had been hit August 28 at 7:58 a.m. Clamped off gas line and waited for Center Point Energy to show up.
Called to the 700 block of 4th St. at 10:50 a.m. August 29 for the smell of gas. Turned out to be a cat litter box that had not been changed.
Called to the 800 block of Broadway West for a car accident August 29 at 5:30 p.m. Call was canceled by officer on scene due to no injuries.
Responded to a fire alarm August 30 at 7:43 a.m. in the 1300 block of Dundas Circle. Nothing was wrong, the operator set it off.
Put out a small grass fire near mile marker 185 on I-94 August 30 at 4:57 p.m.
Called to Big Lake fire department for standby August 30 at 9:15 p.m. Call was canceled by Sherburne Co.
Called to a car fire at 3:35 p.m. August 31 in the 1400 block of 7th St. Call was canceled as deputy put out fire.
Responded to Montissippi Park at 11:30 p.m. August 30 for six people stranded on the Mississippi River. Sherburne Co. launched a boat to retrieve them. On scene for four hours.
Loaded one patient into an ambulance, provided traffic control and took another patient to the hospital after a motorcycle accident on Hwy. 25 north of I-94 at 6:56 p.m. August 31.
Called to the 100 block of Sandberg Rd. for the smell of natural gas at 12:19 p.m. Sept. 3. Checked entire building, advised to call Center Point Energy to check out.
