Joseph Jude Bethke, 52, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 23 for felony insurance fraud to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, complete 80 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.
Christopher Michael Brownell, 28, of Monticello, sentenced Sept. 20 for felony theft to 68 months prison.  Sentenced for felony theft by check to 19 months prison, concurrent.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony check forgery  to 19 months prison, concurrent.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony issuance of worthless checks to 13 months prison, concurrent.
Antonio Lemar Corwin, 20, of Big Lake, sentenced Sept. 25 for  probation violations for felony burglary in the third degree to 45 days jail.
Nicolle Marie Garty, 36, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 24 for felony theft to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay restitution, complete treatment and follow all recommendations, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, have no same or similar violations.
Jeffrey Lee Hagen, 23, of Otsego, sentenced Sept. 20 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 355 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus law library fee, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD panel, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Curtrick Allen Harcey, 30, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 23 for felony domestic assault to 23 months prison, pay restitution, provide DNA sample.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony receiving stolen property to 19 months prison, concurrent.
Jeremy Lance Jackson, 37, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 23 for misdemeanor issuance of worthless checks to 90 days jail, $200 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.
Scott Allen Larson, 46, of Monticello, sentenced Sept. 23 for felony theft to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, complete cognitive skill training, attend a support group weekly and provide proof of attendance, obtain permission before leaving the state, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete 40 hours community service, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for felony simple robbery to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, follow above conditions.  Sentenced for probation violations for probation violations for misdemeanor violation of an order for protection to 45 days jail, concurrent.
Wade Allen MacDonald, 31, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 25 for misdemeanor violation of harassment/restraining order to 90 days jail, $75 surcharges.
Travis Paul Christ Padgett, 25, of Monticello, sentenced Sept. 23 for felony check forgery to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 176 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, write a letter of apology, complete cognitive skill training, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Teresa Catherine Schrupp, 20, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 19 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 88 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain a GED, have no same or similar violations.
Curtis Edwin Wilson, 19, of Monticello, sentenced Sept. 18 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fourth degree to 90 days jail.  Sentenced for probation violations for controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 90 days jail.
Nathaniel Duane Yost, 21, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 25 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor to 10 days jail.
Edward Victor Zelko, 23, of Buffalo, sentenced Sept. 24 for probation violations for felony check forgery to remain in jail until an inpatient treatment bed is available.
Gabriel Ryan Zimmerman, age 22, of Big Lake, sentenced Sept. 20 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree refusal to submit to testing to 60 days jail.

Justin David Zelenak, 22, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 23 in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Johnny Lamar Butler, 22, of St. Paul was arrested Sept. 23 in Monticello on a Ramsey County warrant for terroristic threats.
Chris Larry Fundingland, 50, of Otsego was arrested Sept. 24 in Albertville on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance violation and theft.
Nathan Charles Stokes, 23, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 24 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Patrick Michael Remer, 49, of Maple Lake was arrested Sept. 25 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for stalking.

Trent Rory Benson, 21, of Buffalo was arrested Sept. 27 in McLeod County on Wright County warrants for theft and receiving stolen property.
Tyler Steven Grimley, 25, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 28 in Buffalo on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance violation, fifth degree assault and domestic assault.
Brianna Lin Erickson, 21, of Monticello was arrested Sept. 28 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
