Trent Rory Benson, 21, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 10 for felony theft to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $200 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations.
Victor Tombekai Doe, 22, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 9 for felony burglary in the third degree to 21 months prison, pay restitution, provide DNA sample.
George Randolph Hemion, 40, of Monticello, sentenced Oct. 9 for probation violations for felony interfere with privacy to 30 days jail.
Neil Thomas Paumen, 49, of Maple Lake, sentenced Oct. 10 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a Level II driving program, have no same or similar violations.
Mark Steven Wallace, 51, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 10 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $200 fine, pay $200 prosecution costs, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $3,000 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 90 days, concurrent, have no same or similar violations.
Edward Victor Zelko, 23, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 9 for misdemeanor criminal damage to property in the fourth degree to 75 days jail, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.

Cyrena Anne Quast, 22, of Monticello was arrested Oct. 13 in Monticello on the charge of third degree DWI.
There were 23 property damage accidents, 7 personal injury accidents, 3 hit and run accidents and 10 car deer accidents.
There were 3 arrests for DWI, 2 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violations and 51 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Called to a fire alarm Oct. 11 at 8:56 a.m. in the 3800 block of School Blvd. The call was canceled as the alarm went off because they were working on the system.
Called to the 2700 block of Oak Ridge Dr. Oct. 11 at 4:32 p.m. for the smell of gas. Went there and found nothing.
