Wright County Attorney’s Report

Osayame Emanuel Igho-Osagie, 21, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 24 for misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 90 days jail, provide DNA sample, pay restitution.
Christina Lucille Larson, 32, of Monticello, sentenced Oct. 31 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, obtain permission before leaving the state, remain medically compliant, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations.
Justin Michael Lund, age 32, of Big Lake, sentenced Oct. 24 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 359 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations.
Matthew Barrett Martin, 36, of Buffalo, sentenced Nov. 1 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 341 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 24 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 24 days jail, concurrent.
Lon Andrew Mingo, 45, of Buffalo, sentenced Oct. 30 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of imposition for 20 years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Lee Allen Mitchell, 51, of Clearwater, sentenced Oct. 25 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend MADD Panel, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, serve 60 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Jennifer Lynn Schroeder, 31, of Monticello, sentenced Oct. 29 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of execution for 40 years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $500 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete a treatment program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.

Chris Allen Nyquist, 45, of Maple Lake was arrested Oct. 28 in Monticello on the charges of possession of a pistol in a motor vehicle, and open bottle.
Terry Alan Clifton, 50, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 30 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Dean Eric Kofoed, 55, of Maple Lake was arrested Oct. 30 in Maple Lake Township on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Jared Dean Anderson, 19, of Buffalo was arrested Oct. 30 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.
Travis Allen Martin, 29, of Ponemah was arrested Oct. 31 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Kelsey Elizabeth Price, 25, of Otsego was arrested Oct. 31 in Otsego on the charge of third degree DWI.
Bryant Patrick Russell Stucky, 19, of Maple Lake was arrested Nov. 1 in Clearwater on the charge of fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Barbara Jean Kallevig, 41, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 1 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Curtis Edwin Wilson, 19, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 1 in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for fourth degree controlled substance violation.
Ernest Alfred Brusven, 60, of Clearwater was arrested Nov. 2 in Clearwater on the charge of domestic assault.
Peter Eugene Hakanson, 20, of Monticello was arrested Nov. 2 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Hunter Fielding Coughlin, 24, of Maple Lake was arrested Nov. 2 in Albion Township on the charges of terroristic threats, third degree DWI and obstructing the legal process.
Joshua Ray Whitfield, 19, of Rockford was arrested Nov. 2 in Monticello on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance violation and flee police on foot.
Cassandra Lee Berttula, 43, of Maple Lake was arrested Nov. 2 in Maple Lake on the charge of second degree controlled substance violation.
Chad Roy Amundsen, 37, of Minneapolis was arrested Nov. 3 in Monticello on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Provided life assistance to get a male from the floor to his recliner at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 30 in the 2800 block of Oak View Lane
Worked on a practice burn at a house in the 500 block of Maple St. beginning at 7 a.m. Nov. 2
Called to a car accident Nov. 4 at 12:42 p.m. near Hwy. 25 and River St. Call was canceled before arriving at the scene.
