THIS IS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU AS AN ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET, THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE MONTICELLO ORDERLY ANNEXATION AREA BOARD BY THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT:

LOCATION: 213-100-043100 Part of SE l/4 of NW l/4 S & W of I-94 (owned in common with 213-100-092101) ALSO 213-100-044200 Part of SE l/4 of SE l/4; part of W l/2 of SE l/4, also part of E l/2 of SW l/4, (owned in common with 213-100-091200) all lying SWly of I-94, Section 4 & 9, Township 121, Range 25.
Requests a lot line adjustment as regulated in Section 502.2 & 604.2 of the Wright County Zoning Ordinance to allow the line between the two properties (213-100-043100 & 213-100-044200) to be adjusted, adding acreage from property owned by Premier Bank to the Brian Pauman property.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Does not meet subdivision standards for divisions of land zoned AG.
