Laura Ann Peterson, 31, St. Cloud

Laura Ann Peterson, 31, St. Cloud, and formerly of Monticello, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at St. Cloud Hospital.
Visitation was Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, 5-8 p.m., at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway, Monticello.  Further visitation was one hour prior to the funeral at the church on Saturday. Funeral service was Saturday, Jan.  4, 2014, 12 Noon, at St. Henry Catholic Church, 1001 East 7th Street, Monticello. Fr. Tony VanderLoop officiated.
Laura was born on Oct. 24, 1982, in Robbinsdale, Minn., to D. Scott and Donna (Carlson) Peterson. She and her family moved to Monticello when she was nine years old. She attended and graduated from Monticello High School and then went on to attend Augsburg College and St. Cloud State University. She worked for TGI Friday’s for several years, most recently at the St. Cloud restaurant. Laura was very involved in the Epilepsy Foundation where she volunteered and led a support group. She was also an active volunteer in the St. Cloud Schools and the PTA. Laura’s positive attitude touched many lives and she will be dearly missed by many.
Laura is survived by her son Aidan Peterson (age 7);  parents, Scott and Donna Peterson;  brother Jason (Sara) Peterson;  sisters, Amy and Lucy Peterson;  and grandparents Lawrence and Ardith Peterson, and Henrietta Carlson.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Budd Carlson.

Susan Lee Harter, 59, Monticello

Susan Lee Harter, 59, Monticello, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at her home in Monticello.
Funeral service was Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, 2:30 p.m., at Dare’s Funeral Home 805 Main St. NW, Elk River.  Visitation was one hour prior to service. There was a private interment.
Susan was born July 9, 1954 in Minneapolis.
She is survived by her husband Michael; daughters, Christina, Katie and Jamie (Bobby Naab); brother Mark Peterson; and sister Becky Little.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marilyn Peterson.

Tyler Sweet

Tyler D. Sweet, 18, Big Lake

Tyler David Sweet, 18, Big Lake, Minn., passed away at his residence on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014.
Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 9, 10-11 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 9747 Naber Avenue, Otsego, Minn. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery of Cohasset, Minn., on Friday, Jan. 10, at 11:30 a.m.
Tyler was born on June 28, 1995, in Coon Rapids, Minn., to Raymond and Katherine (Lucas) Aaron.
He is survived by his father, Raymond (Denice) Aaron;  stepbrother Paul Bloms;  grandmother Sandra Robinson;  aunt Laura McCartney and her family; aunt Colleen Thompson and her family; uncle Jerry Sweet and his family; and aunt Jean Robinson and her family.
Tyler was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Lucas;  uncle Richard Keller;  and great-grandparents Howard and Kathleen Keller.
Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello, Minn.
