Timothy Randle Chamberlain, 59, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 27 for terroristic threats to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 325 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 40 days jail, pay $100 fine, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, provide DNA sample, stay out of the Uptown Bar, have no same or similar violations.
Patricia Ann Farris, 52, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 23 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $50 fine; 335 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, complete cognitive skill training, have no same or similar violations.
Charles Timothy Fritze, 41, of Albertville, sentenced Jan. 27 for misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no contact with victim, complete Wright County Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Michael Lee Hansen-Maier, 26, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 23 for felony controlled substance crime in the third degree to 24 months prison.
Nathan Joseph Hommerding, 38, of Otsego, sentenced Jan. 22 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 360 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 5 days jail, pay $100 fine, attend MADD Panel, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Ricky  Joe Jeske, 52, of Buffalo, sentenced Jan. 23 for probation violations for felony assault in the second degree to 27 months prison. Sentenced for probation violations for felony receiving stolen property to 13 months prison, concurrent. Sentenced for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days.
Landon Richard MacDonald, 19, of Big Lake, sentenced Jan. 23 for gross misdemeanor theft to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 290 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 75 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Margarita Martinez, 30, of Buffalo, sentenced Jan. 22 for felony assault in the third degree to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $100 fine, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo an anger management assessment and follow all recommendations, have no contact with victim, provide DNA sample, abide by conditions of Wright County Human Services Agency, have no same or similar violations.
Casey Lynn-Marlene O’Connor, 30, of Buffalo, sentenced Jan. 23 for felony first degree DWI to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, attend a support group, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, serve 120 days on electronic home monitoring, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 20 days jail, consecutive, serve 40 days electronic home monitoring.
Tanner Lee Peterson, 22, of Monticello, on Jan. 21 the charge of assault in the fifth degree was dismissed.
Kelsey Elizabeth Price, 25, of Otsego, sentenced Jan. 28 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $500 fine; 363 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 10 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations
Jessica Nicole Schaefer, 23, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 27 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 5 days jail.
Steffen Lynn Schroeder, 32, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 27 for probation violations for terroristic threats to 120 days jail.

Matthew Michael Tipton, 31, of Otsego, sentenced Jan. 28 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $50 fine; 360 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 5 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 25 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
John William Wegler, 35, of Albertville, sentenced Jan. 23 for gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, complete Wright County Batterer’s Intervention Program, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, have no same or similar violations.
Rishia Sun Weiss, 46, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 28 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 5 days jail.

Brandon Lee Warnke, 34, of Buffalo was arrested Jan. 27 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault, fifth degree assault and domestic assault by strangulation.
Kaydee Lee Wood, 33, of Otsego was charged Jan. 27 with felony fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Natalie Michelle Ramey, 31, of Albertville was charged Jan. 28 with felony financial transaction card fraud.
Darrin James Christensen, 26, of Buffalo was arrested Jan. 29 in Monticello on Wright County warrants for simple robbery and fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Michael John Steffens, 31, of Monticello was arrested Jan. 29 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Chad Lee Bird, 26, of Monticello was arrested Jan. 29 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Sara Michelle Wynne, 19, of Buffalo was arrested Jan. 30 in Buffalo Township on a Scott County warrant for theft, a Dakota County warrant for theft and a Hennepin County warrant for theft.
Nichole Marjorie Atha, 32, of Buffalo was arrested Jan. 30 in Buffalo on a Dakota County warrant for probation violation.
Stephen Michael Okeefe Krier, 34, of Clear Lake was arrested Jan. 31 in Monticello on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Edward Joseph Michaud, 58, of Otsego was arrested Feb. 1 in Otsego on a Stearns County warrant for third degree DWI test refusal.
Jose Jesus Vargus, 30, of Big Lake was arrested Feb. 1 in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Jeffrey Gordon Clapshaw, 58, of Tomah, WI was arrested Feb. 1 in Monticello on the charge of disorderly conduct.
Lawrence Martin Lofths, 33, of Otsego was arrested Feb. 2 in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.
Trent Rory Benson, 21, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 2 in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for motor vehicle theft.
Kenneth Eugene Robasse, 74, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 2 in Buffalo on the charges of second degree DWI and B card violation.
There were 78 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accidents and 6 car deer accidents.
There were 7 arrests for DWI, 6 underage consumption arrests and 81 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
