Robb Ray Bartel, 40, of Clearwater, sentenced Jan. 31 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 305 days, $2,500 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend MADD Panel, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, attend a support group, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Darrin James Christensen, 26, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 3 for probation violations for felony simple robbery to 28 months prison.  Sentenced for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to one year and one day prison.
Samuel Ralph Evenstead, 28, of Albertville, sentenced Jan. 31 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days, $2,400 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $600 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Thomas Allen Kanduth, 28, of Monticello, sentenced Jan. 31 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 359 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, serve 24 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Michael James Madison, 23, of Maple Lake, sentenced Feb. 5 for probation violations for criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree to 45 days jail.
Adam John Morton, 31, of Buffalo, sentenced Jan. 31 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 341 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations
Jed Clinton Robert Munstentieger, 21, of Maple Lake, sentenced Jan. 28 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $50 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete a diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations.

Randy Tyler Riddle, age 21, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 4 for felony burglary in the second degree to 41 months prison, pay $50 fine.

There were 9 arrests for DWI, 2 underage consumption arrests and 92 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Fire Report

Called to a fire alarm Jan. 30 at 4:11 p.m. in the 3300 block of Chelsea Rd. Call was canceled.

Extinguished a car fire Jan. 30 at 11:56 p.m. in the 6000 block of Mill Run Rd.
Responded to a snowmobile vs. car accident near the 13700 block of Co. Rd. 75 Feb. 1 at 4:10 p.m. Helped load one patient into an ambulance.
Responded to a disel fuel leak Feb. 4 at 12:45 p.m. near mile marker 194 on I-94. A semi-truck hit something in the road causing the leak. Unloaded the fuel into a bucket and soaked up the fuel on the ground.
The same truck started to leak again at 4:01 p.m. Feb. 4 in the Home Depot parking lot. Unloaded the fuel again.
Responded to a car accident and provided lights at Hwy. 25 crossing the river Feb. 4 at 5:10 p.m.
Called to a rollover accident Feb. 6 at 7:17 a.m. near mile marker 193 on I-94. Call was canceled due to no injuries.
Provided mutual aid to the city of Buffalo on a shed fire Feb. 6 at 10:59 a.m. in the 400 block of Coburn Ave. Helped with overhaul. On scene for three hours.
Called to a car fire Feb. 6 at 4:53 p.m. near mile marker 196 on I-94. Call was canceled.
