Sara Jean Anderson, 26, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 24 for felony burglary in the third degree to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay restitution, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete aftercare and follow all recommendations, complete cognitive skill training, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for felony escape from custody to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions.  Sentenced for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, concurrent, follow above conditions.
Brad Michael Cargill, 34, of Maple Lake, sentenced Feb. 24 for probation violations for felony store methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child to 10 days jail.
Tyrone Ray-Herbert Hylland, 31, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 13 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 60 days jail.
Chad Darin Johnson, 43, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 21 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $150 fine; 355 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $150 fine plus surcharges, obtain a diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Sherrionne Sharmailida Johnson, 34, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 20 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor giving false information to a peace officer to 15 days jail.
Craig James Jones, 56, of Monticello, sentenced Feb. 13 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 30 days jail.
Edward Bradley Kroll, 28, of Otsego, sentenced Feb. 20 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $150 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $150 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a Level I driving program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Kacey Steven Lawler, 25, of Buffalo, sentenced Feb. 20 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 5 days sentence to service.
Brett Todd Medenwaldt, 53, of Big Lake, sentenced Feb. 25 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 17 days jail.

Lance Arthur Tregoning, 46, of Otsego, sentenced Feb. 25 for probation violations for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to 6 days jail.

Rachael Lorraine Hendrickson, 40, of Aitkin was arrested Feb. 24 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for flee police officer on foot and an Aitkin County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Dylan Ray Campbell, 22, of Clearwater was charged Feb. 24 with felony fifth degree controlled substance possession.
Raymond Dee Campbell, 50, of Clearwater was charged Feb. 24 with felony fifth degree controlled substance possession.
Amie Marie Anderson, 36, of Maple Lake was charged Feb. 24 with felony financial transaction card fraud.
Sara Michelle Wynne, 19, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 25 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Tonya Marie Pena, 26, of Buffalo was arrested Feb. 25 in Buffalo on a Hennepin County warrant for theft.

Joshua Ray Whitfield, 19, of Rockford was arrested Feb. 25 in Monticello on the charge of false information to police and a Wright County warrant for third degree assault.
Hipolito Cabrera, 22, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 25 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.
Nathan Michael Legro, 25, of Monticello was arrested Feb. 27 in Monticello on Wright County warrants for aid and abet terroristic threats and aid and abet second degree burglary.
Troy Lee Hollenbach, 42, of Minneapolis was arrested Feb. 27 in Monticello Township on an apprehension and detention order from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
Jeffrey Michael Schwartz, 35, of St. Paul was arrested Feb. 27 in Monticello on the charge of possession of stolen property.
Jason William Mack, 40, of Buffalo was arrested March 1 in Buffalo on the charge of contempt of court.
Paul Lavell Charleston, 37, of Burnsville was arrested March 1 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Andrew Michael Freichels, 28, of Big Lake was arrested March 1 in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
Julie Ann Marty-Neal, 20, of Monticello was arrested March 1 in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault and minor consumption.
Aaron Matthew Baragar, 22, of Monticello was arrested March 1 in Monticello on the charge of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order and a Pine County warrant for violation of an order for protection.
There were 82 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 2 hit and run accidents and 1 car deer accident.
There were 5 arrests for DWI, 1 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violations and 44 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
