Ashley May Andrews, 22, of Maple Lake, sentenced May 28 for two counts of misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 90 days jail; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $150 public defender co-payments, pay restitution, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations.
Hipolito Cabrera, 22, of Monticello, sentenced May 28 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault to 365 days jail, $3,000; 275 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no contact with victim, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, follow above conditions. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $2,985 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $15 fine plus surcharges, have no contact with victim, follow above conditions.
Damon Allen Dockter, 20, of Monticello, sentenced June 2 for misdemeanor disorderly conduct to 90 days jail, $300 fine; 88 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.
Brandon Paul Kelly, 20, of Monticello, sentenced May 28 for felony criminal sexual conduct in the third degree to a stay of imposition for 15 years on conditions of probation, serve 195 days jail, obtain permission before leaving the state, follow all recommendations of psychosexual evaluation, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no contact with victim, have no contact with persons under the age of 18 years, have no use or access to the internet unless, including social networking, unless approved by probation agent, submit to a polygraph, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim or victim’s family, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
James Henry McKinney, 26, of Buffalo, sentenced June 3 for felony domestic assault and felony violations of an order for protection to 23 months prison, provide DNA sample.
Juan Eric Newberry, 20, of Big Lake, sentenced June 2 for felony receiving stolen property to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, complete cognitive skill training, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Benjamin Maurice Reznicek, 32, of Otsego, sentenced June 4 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 365 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.
Justin Edwin Warnke, 28, of Buffalo, sentenced May 29 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor domestic assault to 30 days jail.
Jeremy Ray Williams, 28, of Buffalo, sentenced June 4 for felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, submit to random searches, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.

Sheriff’s Report

Glen Raymond Lambert, 33, of Buffalo was arrested June 2 in Buffalo on the charge of no insurance.
Lee Hult, 28, of Otsego was arrested June 3 in Otsego on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for a parole violation.
Matthew Dave Bettridge, 23, of Buffalo was arrested June 3 in Waverly on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Terry Alan Clifton, 51, of Buffalo was arrested June 4 in Buffalo on charges of Interfere with 911 call, contempt of court and domestic assault.
Elizabeth Ann Pacheco, 33, of Albertville was charged June 4 with identity theft.
Joshua Lee Prescott, 26, of Maple Lake was arrested June 5 in Maple Lake Township on a Wright County warrant for no insurance.
David Michael Welter, 51, of Buffalo was arrested June 5 in Buffalo on the charges of Domestic assault and fifth degree assault.
William Alexander Bradford Plunkett, 18, of Albertville was arrested June 6 in Albertville on the charges of fifth degree controlled substance, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and underage possession of alcohol.
Jake Randall Forpahl, 20, of Buffalo was arrested June 6 in Montrose on a Mille Lacs County warrant for third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Wyatt Robert Kelly Aurentz, 27, of Becker was arrested June 6 in Clearwater on the charge of false name and date of birth of another and a Hennepin County warrant for false information to police.
Clinton W Brown Aurentz, 24, of Becker was arrested June 6 in Clearwater on the charge of false name and date of birth of another.
Jacob Gordon Torkelson, 27, of Monticello was arrested June 6 in Monticello on the charge of second degree DWI.
Dale Allan Larson, 25, of Buffalo was arrested June 8 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.
There were 27 property damage accidents, 7 personal injury accidents, 3 hit and run accidents and 14 car deer accidents.
There were 4 arrests for DWI, 3 underage consumption arrests, 0 school bus stop arm violations and 44 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Monticello
Fire Report

Called to a car accident at 8:18 p.m. June 3 near School Blvd. and Deagan Ave. Call was canceled.
Responded to the 300 block of Elm St. for a cut gas line at 8:36 a.m. June 4. Watched the area until Centerpoint got there.
Called to a grass fire near mile marker 185 on I-94 June 6 at 3:50 a.m. Went out, looked, and found nothing.
Called to a fire alarm at 8:53 p.m. June 8 in the 1000 block of 7th St. The alarm had been set off by incense.
