Attorney’s Report

Joseph Harrison Baynes, 26, of Buffalo, sentenced July 31 for felony failure to register as a sex offender to stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, comply with registration requirements, have no same or similar violations.
Hipolito Cabrera, 22, of Monticello, sentenced Aug. 7 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor domestic assault to 60 days jail.  Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree and gross misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 60 days jail, concurrent.
Daniel John Gundersen, 22, of Otsego, sentenced Aug. 1 for probation violations for felony assault in the second degree to 30 days jail.
Thomas James Heiny, 49, of Buffalo, sentenced Aug. 1 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 335 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations.
Joy Kristin Krautkremer, 37, of Clearwater, sentenced Aug. 6 for felony store methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, comply with recommendations from Human Services Agency, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
Cami Jo McClure, 32, of Maple Lake, sentenced Aug. 6 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, pay $3,000 fine; 345 days, $2,850 stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 20 days jail, pay $150 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo therapy and follow all recommendations, serve 70 days on electronic home monitoring, attend support group, have no same or similar violations.
Samantha Meriah McGinnis, 31, of Otsego, sentenced Aug. 5 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 359 days, $2,800 stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level II driving program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend MADD Panel, serve 24 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.
Brian Dean Phoenix, 48, of Monticello, sentenced July 21 for gross misdemeanor interfere with privacy to 365 days jail, $25 fine; 360 days jail stayed for one year on conditions or probation, serve 5 days jail, pay $25 plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, continue with counseling and verify attendance, stay away from Bluff Apartments, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations.
Diana Marie Whipple, 39, of Buffalo, sentenced July 31 for misdemeanor driving after revocation to 90 days jail, $50 fine; 80 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations.

Sheriff’s Report

Jerrid Anderson Roushar, 25, of Monticello, was arrested Aug. 5 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for third degree DWI.
Davie Eugene McCoy, 66, of Sartell, was arrested Aug. 5 in Monticello on the charge of first degree DWI.
Jared Dean Anderson, 20, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 5 in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for fifth degree controlled substance violation.
Nathaniel Steven Brower, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 6 in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault and fifth degree assault.
Faron Joseph Jackson, 27, of Minneapolis, was arrested Aug. 6 in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Carol Ann Buckendahl, 56, of Albertville, was arrested Aug. 7 in Hasty on a Wright County fifth degree controlled substance charges and a Wright County probation violation warrant.
Mark Steven Wallace, 52, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 7 in Rogers on a Wright County fifth degree drug warrant.
Benjamin Michael Ogren, 24, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 7 in Delano on Wright County fifth degree controlled substance and third degree DWI charges.
Amy Beth Wellman, 45, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 8 in Buffalo on a Wright County fraud warrant.
Randy Allen Gordon, 50, of Maple Lake, was arrested Aug. 8 in Maple Lake on an Isanti County controlled substance related warrant.
Daniel Lee Banyai, 24, of Monticello, was arrested Aug. 8 in Monticello on probable cause Wright County fifth degree controlled substance charges.
Joseph Donald Smith, 66, of Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 9 in Buffalo on contempt of court related charges.
Alexander Shaw, 19, of Gibsonton Florida, was arrested Aug. 9 in Monticello on a probable cause third degree refusal to test charge.
Nathan Thomas Hatzenbeller, 27, of Otsego, was arrested Aug. 10 in Monticello on a Wright County probable cause third degree DWI charge.
There were 24 property damage accidents, 2 personal injury accidents, 2 hit and run accidents and 1 car deer accidents.
There were 4 arrests for DWI, 6 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violations and 58 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Monticello
Fire Report

Provided clean up following a car accident Aug. 9 at 12:57 p.m. in the area of Chelsea Rd. and Sandberg Rd.
Responded to a fire alarm from a pull station at 5225 School Blvd. on Aug. 9 at 7:54 p.m. Went there and found nothing was wrong.
Helped with CPR on a non-responsive male at 1:46 p.m. on Aug. 10 in the 7000 block of Cameron Ave.
Responded to an alarm in Eagle Court at 6:57 p.m. Aug. 10. Found a furnace filter in the wrong place was creating negative pressure and making a back draft exhaust into the house.
Called to a car accident at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at Cty. Rd. 39 and Jaber Ave. Call was canceled due to no injuries.
Called to a fire alarm in the 100 block of Craig Lane at 8:09 p.m. Aug. 11. Found a faulty detector.
